Maybe they have new management because this BR has gotten way better. My son & I went a couple of nights ago right before closing and they were open and super nice. We were in & out quickly. Super yummy ice cream!

First time going my kid accidentally dropped her one scoop cup and they charged me twice. Al is the worst manager there is with no good customer service at all. I will never ever return to this place again. Being courteous takes you a long way I will not spend my money here again.

Do yourself a favor and drive one more block north to Andy's by In and Out burgers. This baskin -robbins was the worst location I have ever visited. Empty and old ice cream with stale cones. Mouthy kids running the place. Very unprofessional. A local officer sent us to Andy's saying it was much better and he was right!!! I will never go back to that location and will try to help others to not waste their money by going there either. Maggie moos and Andy's had lines on a Saturday night. I should have known better when the place had zero customers. The staff was extremely rude and the ice cream is better off of a truck.
