Taco bell is usually try in a week once. We ordered Baja Blast, chicken Quesadillas, Bean Burrito and chalupas enjoyed it. Place was amazing as usual. But drive thru was little slow in the evening..

The waiting time is so long. Store always closed only drive through. Many canceled pick up orders… And they will tell it to you once you arrive there and laugh at you like 5 year old kids. Customer service -1….. It’s not our fault you need to do your job. If you have problem with it just change job. It’s like there is no adult on the board. Someone should check this team…. And it happens very often not just one time :)

Waited forever in the dining room while eight people stood around working there. After I'd already been there 10 minutes after ordering it to kiosk, the guy who seems like he might have been. The assistant manager told me I need to order at the kiosk. I told him I already did and he looked confused. Then 10 minutes later I get my taco and there is no coffee that I ordered. Then they all talk to each other about it and all seem to very confused. It's right on my receipt but nevertheless nobody could figure out how to make the coffee out of eight people.

The drive thru is always a hit or miss. Sometimes they are busy, sometimes the line is short. Sometimes the line is quick and sometimes it takes forever to get your food. Most of the time the food is good. I enjoy the cinnabon delights and the nacho fries. The nacho fries are not always on the menu, but super.good. they took some of my favorite items off the menu so it seems sort of basic, but I'm a hardcore fan so I usually wait through the long lines.

Man I swear this place gets worse everytime we go!! They say the lobby closes at 10. But they were kicking people out of the lobby at 7. These people really don't want to work, just look at the long line at the drive through. Not only is it always long, the line barely moves. Taco bell is going down hill fast. Plus they can't get a order right to save their own life.

I've ordered from these guys several times, and every time I order from them, they cancel my order. They also seem to enjoy waiting until after it's too late to order from anyone else.
Seriously, if you can't be bothered to do your jobs, delist yourselves from Grubhub because I'm tired of going to bed hungry.

Do not come her after 10! I came here at 10:17 for an Uber eats pick up and it is 11:05 pm now and it’s 3 cars in front of me it’s been the same for over 20 mins!! I swear they literally in there sitting down refusing to make these tacos because there’s no way that it’s taken this long to fill these orders no matter how shorthanded they claim to be there is no way that it takes them an hour to fill four car orders. They even took their phone off the hook so that they don’t have to answer phone calls this is the most unprofessional, And poorly managed taco bells I’ve ever been to

Waited 24 minutes and still got cold food. Sometimes the food is ok and the service is a hot or miss depending on who is working but why wait almost half an hour for cold food. I thought that was the purpose of me waiting so that I can get decent temperature food.
