Golden Chick

We love golden chick and I have personally been going to this location for decades now. I never mind the long lines because The food is always worth the wait, and The employees are always a pleasure. However, our last two visits were extremely disappointing. Something is different about the chicken tenders, they definitely haven’t been tender. Hard, dry, rubbery meat with too much inedible tendon connecting the pieces. Was there a change in the supply line or management? Prices have increased but now it seems the food quality has dropped. What gives? Have been such a Golden Chick fan for so long. Very disappointed

Got a chicken tender family meal (16p, 2 large sides, and 4 rolls). Good fry on the chicken. Light and crispy. Seasoned nicely. Not super salty. A plus. Had some skin only parts. But let's be honest, the skin is what people love. Actually really good. I haven't had this since I was a kid, so I don't remember it really. Loved the rolls, the gravy, and the potatoes. Would definitely get again, when we're feeling like fried chicken! 16 tenders are too much for 4 ppl. We were sooo full. Thumbs up, but maybe a 12 piece next time, if they have it...

The guy at the drive thru has been disrespectful. It’s disappointing considering the food is good. However, anytime I order he gives an attitude and interrupts. Since he interrupts and speaks over you as you try to order, he gets your order all wrong. The fact this happened multiple times now is why I had to leave a negative review.

The worst customer service I've experienced at a chicken joint. I was blamed for NOT be helped by mgmt because it took "too long for me to drive up to the speaker." This is what they told me when I finally drove up the window without getting an apology. The mgr had a mouth full of food spiting crumbs on me telling me it was my fault and "order now." Needless to say I didn't even order. Never going back to this location!

The drive-thru line was long. There is no preview menu at this location. The person taking the order did allow time to look over the menu and seemed annoyed because I hesitated. When I arrived at home the order was incorrect. I was disappointed since it was a long drive to go back. I do not plan to go to this location. I'll need to go to a different location if I decide to order this food again.
