Nick the General Manager has fantastic customer experience skills. Personally called me to let me know when the delivery driver was on his way and even stopped by my restaurant later in the evening (on mothers day no less!) to drop off the receipt. Unfortunately I wasn't able to thank him in person. If you are reading this, thanks Nick! -Scott

Worst Domino's I have ever been to. I sat at the counter for 8 minutes before anyone even said anything to me. Meanwhile there's a kid walking around not knowing what he's doing and 3 others doing stuff but didn't see me standing there. Customer service sucks. The phone just runs off the hook and no one answers. Get it together domino's

I specifically ordered for a stuffed cheesy bread without bacon for my wife on her birthday & she's a vegetarian. They still gave one with a bacon and best part is I checked with them before picking up the delivery and they promised there's no bacon and yet there was bacon or something meaty. It may be a good mistake for someone who eats it but not for me and definitely not my wife who has tasted an egg in her life. This place is pathetic and this is not my first experience. The last time someone apologised after calling and said you'll have a gift card worth the value of the item... NOTHING. BIG B.S.

Worst experience in history of ordering a pizza, over two hours to deliver a cooked pizza. Delivered ice cold, with excuses, I literally want every penny of my money back. Absolutely disgusting! I invite their manager to my house to eat the piece of shot they delivered, yet nobody will answer at their store, they hide behind hits and automated phone messages. Worst experience in history of pizza delivery! I literally want free pizza for a month for the complete waste of money the pewaukee, Wi store represents. Their founder Tom M. Would literally die if he experienced what they represent.

Do not make the mistake of buying a Domino's pizza from the Pewaukee location. I believe they lack toppings, because both times we ordered from there, the toppings were bare minimum. They probably have some guideline where they got to scrimp on toppings. Even kids know when we get Domino's from a different location! That's how bad it is here. TIP: If you want to order Domino's, the Brookfield branch is really good. But seriously, NEVER EVER order from Pewaukee branch if you want to enjoy your pizza.
