Pizza Hut

We have had good luck here in the past, but today was awful. We ordered 3 large pizzas and 2 breadstick orders. Arrived on time to carryout. While waiting, the worker said he dropped one of our pizzas and needed to remake. It would be 15 minutes. I said that I didn't want the other 2 to just sit there. The "manager" Damien came out and refused to remake the whole order to avoid my other 2 pizzas getting gross. I asked for a refund for the dropped pizza or discount, and all he did was give me a $5 coupon off a future order but also said I was banned from the store for having a bad attitude. The other employee also swore at us.We spent over 50 bucks for our pizzas to sit there while they fixed their own mistake. A good manager would have come out and apologized for dropping the pizza and say that that pizza is on them for the inconvenience. But instead they got upset because I didn't have a good attitude about having to wait 15 extra minutes while my food sat there. My attitude would have been much different if they would have apologized and tried to make it right from the beginning.

Ordered a half supreme, half Hawaiian stuffed crust, an order of bread sticks, and an order of cheesy bread sticks. The food tastes amazing. My Hawaiian half is so undercooked the only part that held up was the crust. Can't account for the supreme half, but if mine's raw his is still breathing. Also only got one marinara sauce even though all three were supposed to have it with. My ex worked at a pizza hut, so I know how it's supposed to be done.

Ordered online for pick up. Ordered a dinner box with a cheese pizza, a 3 topping hand tossed pizza, and wings. When I went to pick up they wouldn’t accept a $50 for an order that was over $37. Not pleased but if that’s their policy okay but it should state that on their website when you choose to pay at the store. The unfriendly lady working at the register - Saemone was the name on my receipt - was not wearing a mask and didn’t even have one pulled down or anything. The man working had his pulled down. Masks are state mandated and should especially be worn while making food. My box cheese pizza was mostly crust and very little cheese - very disappointing for the kids. The hand tossed pizza while picture perfect, was extremely dry and barely had any sauce. The plus was the wings...they were tasty but there was not 16 wings in the bowl so we were shorted.

Ordered food online and that process went well. When I pulled up, I called the store to let them know I was in the parking lot however nobody picked up. I sat for a few minutes debating whether or not I should go in or if I should try calling again. Anyways, the worker came out and asked if I was the one calling. I said yes… and he then came back out a few mins later with my food. Got the food then realized they forgot the soda. When I got home, we opened up the breadsticks and it was just a loaf of garlic bread basically. No strips… just this big lump of bread. It was good, but just a very weird overall experience.

We ordered at 5:59. On line. When I finally called after an hour I was told that "it will be there". They told me that they did not have a driver so they sent it with a door dash driver. I had no way to contact them or track the order. We waited over 2 hours . When it finally came it was cold and was the wrong pizza. It could have been made anytime because it was not piping hot and did not have our toppings on it. Very disappointed.
