Staff is friendly and helpful. The storefront was clean. We asked to have our cheese on the side, because a relative wasn't able to eat feta. The gentleman who took our order was kind and courteous. When we came for pick up, four employees turned and greeted us. There was one employee that was rude. She was giving us our food and became visibly angry when we double checked on the cheese. She may just have been having a bad day, but it made us feel unwelcomed. I almost switched this to a four star, but we all can have a bad day and everyone else was fantastic! The food was delicious!
Jet's never disappoints, but this location is next level in terms of service and quality of food. I watched the pizza being prepared and cooked and then immediately handed over to me. This location is super busy, but the staff are top notch!
Ordered pizza online with a 45 minute wait time. The pizza was ready in about 25 minutes and was piping hot!! They definitely don't skimp on the crust toppings here! This was some of the best Jet's my family has ever had. Don't miss out on the 8 corners pizza. Crispy crust with every piece. And the Jet's bread!? Yummy!!
I'm on a very tight budget so I need something that's reliable and decently priced for the amount of food I get.
Little Caesars? Closed/ Doesn't deliver at 5pm and doesn't open until 3pm! On weekends
Subway/Door Dash? $46 for 2 sandwiches including 15% tip
Jets? $40 for an 8 corner pepperoni pizza including delivery and 18% tip and they are open @10am-10pm Thanks jets for being the only reasonable place to get food. It's really appreciated. And thanks to the associates for always making/delivering a quality pizza.
Fast. Fresh. I got 2.50 off my order for ordering through an automated system. Worked flawlessly. Easy process and tasty pizza and the quality far exceeds price!

Wasn't eating at home so I couldn't cut it myself.
Edit: Called and asked. I now know lite bake means. I finish baking it at home.
Please add what lite bake means when you select it to the Jets.com to lessen confusion.

I love Jet's aloha bbq chicken deep dish pizza with red onions and the antipasto salad. I'm sure they have a lot of other great pizzas, but in 10 plus years, this is all I have ever ordered. The one I enjoyed last week tasted as good as the first one. This is not my usual habit to order the thing again and again. I live in Tulsa and had been planning to drive to Dallas with a friend to satisfy my Jet need, but I got invited to come back to Petoskey, MI, where my love affair with Jet pizza began. Don't be like me, and feel free to have any pizza you like.
I love Jets pizza and there sides and never had a problem but had a bad experience on 8/28/2023. It took close to 2 hours to get my order,
I got a Honolulu Chicken Pizza with Bread sticks. I asked for it to be extra crispy. The employee listened and it was an Excellent pizza! Very helpful with my order, plates, napkins. Excellent customer service!
