I got food poisoning from them it was horrible. And just all around bad experience had to pull off to side when no one was behind us and the wait was so long. I got the Nashville hot combo meal biscuits were dry and is was patchy seasons meaning dry seasoning was left all over. Cross contamination is scary dangerous and it could kill someone especially when it comes to raw chicken. Please if you eat here be careful

Got the nashville hot combo. Biscuit was dry and tasted moldyish. The fries were alright like a 5-6/10 but the chicken… I am telling you the ocean has less salt than the chicken has and it was dry as a desert. They really tryna make geographical models in this place

I ate a chicken sandwich from here and woke up the next morning with food poisoning :( I thought it was KFC but could not be 100% sure because no nobody else in my house got sick. My boyfriend ordered from there a couple days later and his chicken was raw. Never again

I go here every time I'm working in Roanoke Park I love the root beer floats and the guy that does a drive-thru window he's great

Recently our orders kept missing stuffs. Sometimes missing sauce, sometimes missing cookies, sometimes missing butter. This time, it’s missing biscuits. Can they get one order right?! Very frustrated! Poor customer service also!

Really bad service... Waited after the drive thru for 20 minutes until they made 3 trips to the car to bring us the right food.

They've been making mistakes too often lately. Their employee turnover rate is very high too. They're always hiring new cashiers, which tells me that they're having internal problems. The fact that their "now hiring" sign has been out for years now tells me that cashiers don't like working there. Half the time, the food doesn't even taste right. We even got undercooked chicken once.
