Great atmosphere, wonderful service, and friendly staff. I love coming to this location for my coffee. I've also used their drive thru many times on my way into work early mornings, always super timely and quick. Photo is of the lobby after the remodel that was done last winter.
Great service. Drove through for pickup, easy and friendly staff. Also it’s one of the Starbucks that open quite early in the morning
what i wanted when i wanted it. the service was great, the food was good (granted that i was hungry, so grain of salt). the atmosphere was Starbucks usual, so nothing special or stand out.
the service did out, since there was that extra 'mile'. after order was done, server was literally looking for me beyond just calling out my name.
I love those mocha cookie crumble's... With a dbl shot!! The best. ( little pricey... Come on now)
Sophie and Gloria were supper helpful and friendly. I have not had such experience in any other Starbucks. I'll give them more stars if possible for their costumer attention.
I usually come here on my break since i work down the street, i get a yogurt parfait and one time it didnt look good, it looked old so i couldn’t come back because we had bought it and left and then once i got home i realized it looked old, i was going to a wedding in healdsburg and had to get ready. A couple days later, i came back and told the lady about what happened. I apologized that I couldnt come back right away, she completely understood because i had to drive to the wedding and be there on time and gave me a free yogurt. I think her name was Julie. Shout out to her personable and friendly customer service skills!
My dog Rosie got her first Puppuccino, which was new to me. Starbucks gives whipped cream in a cup as a courtesy to customers as a treat for their dogs. Rose loved it! ❤️
I'm a regular at the Starbucks and the staff here is exceptional! They even know it's you when you go through the drive-thru 😊
