Max & Erma's

Nate was amazing!! Understaffed at the moment but both managers came around to make sure everything was good. Also since it was my mother's first experience of Max & Erma's she got a sample of the tortilla soup. She enjoyed her time and food. She ordered the philly steak and fries. This was my aunt's 2nd time and she had the avocado Cobb salad. She didn't finish it either. For me, I hadn't been to Max & Erma's since 1999. I had the appetizer fish tacos grilled, completely delightful. Thank you Max & Erma's for a wonderful experience. Nate thank you for being so flexible and a fellow redhead, coolness.

I love this place quick service compassionate servers. The manager goes to each table and make sure your meal and experience at Max & Erma is excellent. He informed me that Tuesday is family night and they turn the tv to show that children like. Furthermore Thursday is $5 cheeseburger special. I will be going there again!

First time visiting this chain. Our experience at this particular restaurant was excellent. Our waiter Patrick was prompt and pleasant. All the food was hot and fresh and tasted great. The kids sliders were plenty of food for a 3 year old. The sundae bar in the bathtub was pretty slick. Definitely a great experience all around. Would recommend calling ahead! Thanks

After a long day on the road we choose this family friendly restaurant and we were not disappointed. First off we had Fantastic service, Alicia was amazing and brought refills without us asking. All of us got burgers and they were cooked exactly as we liked and the fries were great too. I would return here again.

Appears to be a nice restaurant, menu sounded great, but the food was very unspectacular and lacked seasoning and quality. I got the French onion soup burger and even though the burger was smaller than you'd get at even a fast food restaurant, I almost didn't finish it because it was so bland. Meat had no flavor, nothing on the sandwich, the "french onion" soup wasn't at all french onion, and tasted like oily soy sauce... Just overall very unsatisfied with the meals all 5 of us ordered. Won't be back.
