Taco Bell

After 2 strikes at the Perry, MI Burger King drive thru, we left and drove across the street to the Taco Bell. The guys were so great! Very friendly, made us lunch though it was 8:30am, and even made tasty coffee!! Drink lids were on secure, wrappers of food weren't dirty, and had napkins in to go bag... Everything essential for our meal was in perfect order. The guys were so cheerful and nice! Renewed joy for our morning; thanks to those who do their job well!

When I order mobile via the app and identify I'm on the way and want the order ready now don't give me a hard time for not "checking in" when I get there to pick it up. This is especially frustrating when I'm standing at the mobile pickup sign for several minutes when the crew is wandering around in disarray. I didn't order it for later. Make it when it comes in because I know how long it takes me to get there after I place the order. I'm timing it. If I get there late I expect the food to have waiting for me (possibly getting cold but that's on me). Putting my order in line with all the orders that have come in after mine when I get there defeats the purpose of ordering mobile. Please do better at understanding the assignment. Also, mobile needs to be able to take a survey the same as someone ordering at the restaurant.

This Taco Bell rocks. Rarely do I have anything messed up and when I do it's remade fast and no problems whatsoever. Management is always on it and everyone is always working hard. This store is great for other people who work at nights aswell as they stay open very late and I appreciate them for that.

Been trying to get breakfast from here for a week and half which they have at this location. every morning there’s been two to three car in there lot parked in front lights on in the store you can see people in there but no one answers the drive thru. I mean I don’t know if the speaker is down or if they are just lazy and don’t want to work in the morning but if the speaker is down you’d think they would have a sign up or something!
