Papa Johns Pizza

I usually don't have problems when I order from this location, but the pizza I just received looks horrible. I called and asked for the manager, and I was put off on someone that wouldn't identify themself. I was told I would get a store credit, or if I wanted a remake, it would take an hour to two before receiving a new pizza. 😩

Ordered Pizza at 5 pm at 7 pm we called to see what’s going on with our order . Well they forgot and ensured us that our order will arrive in 25 min. After another 1h 30min we called again and they said it was delivered. No one rang the doorbell or was in front of the door after walking around the home we found our order sitting on some rocking chairs nowhere near the front door and it was cold , who knows how long it was sitting there. This is unacceptable and I hope someone will talk to the incompetent driver! Not going to order there again!

I placed an order at 6 and was told it would take an hour. Ended up taking an hour and a half. Then my order was wrong, so I called and they said they would send out the fixed order. 2hrs later and it still hadn't arrived so i called again and they said it was out for delivery. 20min later and it still hadn't arrived. I call the store again and they said the driver (who we saw delivering across the street from us) couldn't find the address and they weren't going to go back out for the night, so we never got the correct order.

Ordered my food through Papa John's only to have them use door dash instead. The driver picked up my order 35minutes after ordering and advised the were on the way then proceeded to go do other orders before bringing mine order. Highly unsatisfied. I do not use door dash or Uber eats for these reasons

Called in my order. After being put on hold, and tedious back and forth with the person who answered the phone, she finally got my order right. After giving the delivery address, I was told 35 - 45 minute before delivery. Upon FINALLY completing the order, she says it will be 85 - 95 minutes. This is the second, and probably last time this has happened when trying to place an order for delivery. I’m not sure what they’re doing over there, and it seems as if they don’t know either.
