I ordered tonight the 3 piece chicken fingers and fries. When I got my order I opened up the box and my 3 chicken tenders were about 3 or 4 inches long. What has happened to the tenders. Please bring back some decent tenders with good portions. Food was excellent. This message is for corporate or the owner. Staff was excellent. I have pictures. I put there pepper shaker and one of there hand wipes close to the chicken finger for scale comparison. Love coming here and eating about once a week.

BBQ ribs are good and the service was fast. They could use some better sides though. The fries were not as crispy as they should be. But overall good enough for me to want to go back again.

The place was very clean and appropriate music. The cashier was knowledgeable and polite. The food was just gross. Ordered the shack fries and they were drenched in greasy Buffalo sauce The cheese never melted on the fries and overall would not recommend that item. I'd visit again to try something else

I had the lemon pepper chicken wings, mac and cheese, and fried okra. Some chicken wings were so over cooked and tough I had to spit them out. The mac and cheese is very processed and not homemade and the okra was just so-so. No more wings there for me, I will try ribs next time.

We went there around 2:30 and the place was clean. The girl that took our order is very polite and has great customer service. The food is really tasty and I will be sure to come back here again.

Order 5 meals for take out. Upon getting them home each meal had maybe 10 fries, the burger was squished flat including the bun, one of the wing meals was supposed to be traditional and it was boneless, and only received 4 drinks instead of 5. For a $51 order and a $5 tip, I would expect more.

From the moment we entered the resturaunt, all the staff was welcoming and helpful! It was our first visit and we felt the WOW factor. Once our food arrived the WOW became a double WOW! The food was as tasty as all the other reviews claimed!

The restaurant is very clean and the staff was very nice. The food is delicious! I ordered the Big Daddy BBQ sandwich. There is enough food in this sandwich for 2 people! We will be visiting this restaurant again.
