DO NOT GO HERE! I have been here 3 times since it’s close to home, thinking maybe this time food is hot and NO! Always cold, the chicken is stale and gross! I took two bites and to the trash it went! I want a refund, all the 5 star reviews are employees and friends! Avoid and shut this place down! Cold food and terrible!

Came in today January 9th 2022 at 9:41 a.m. to get a breakfast Burger combo with the coupons that get mailed every week coupon number 10767 for $5.99 and will still charge the full regular price so be careful when using paper coupons because they'll still charge you the full price I don't know how hard it is to understand that you got to change the regular price to the coupon price especially if it's on the receipt that the coupon code is on there but you didn't adjust the price manually
Update: 6/15/22 came in at 10pm and everything was dark and off inside the restaurant and drive thru everything was off! Hours said they close at 3am if that's wrong they need to update their house smh

This a great stop for lunch as we're another hour from destination. Perris, CA right from exit on 215 S... easy & convenient, and of course, we wanted to try the "Filet of Fish" sandwich which is a new addition to our Carl Jr's favorites. The Drive thru line was fast and efficient - the cashier was very polite & courteous to suggest that we could probably go to the big store across the parking lot (Starter Bros.) to use the rest rooms (we did!) as theirs is currently not open to the public. Our food was delicious, fresh, hot & the best criss-cut fries I've had! The cashier was very personable and even wished us a nice day! A must 'stop' for a yummy Angus burger & fish sandwich for sure!

FOOD POISONING!! I ate here a few weeks ago and almost died from the chicken they serve NOT HOT. Watch out because they dont care if they gonna kill you. DONT GET THE CHICKEN -ITS NOT MADE TO ORDER! Never ever going to carls again

I know it's not their fault it was busy, and they forgot my hashbrowns and also my syrup for my French toast sticks, and worse part their coffee was way to water down.

I ordered two Western bacon cheeseburgers for takeout. I live less than half a mile from Carl's jr. Both sandwiches or tasteless. There was not much sauce and the onion rings were about the size of a quarter or half dollar. Both my wife and I were unable to finish the sandwiches. A couple of days later I went to Carl's and showed the manager photos of the terrible sandwiches. She said she was sorry and that she would make sure that the cooks new about the trouble with the sandwiches. I don't think she really cared one way or the other.

I don't even want to give this place 1 star they serve you food here that is nothing like the picture on the menu if you go thru the drive thru get home surprise disgusting
