Mcdonald's

Employes can never get the order rights and when they do the food all dried or not fresh.. went to this location on my lunch break 130 am no one in line so no needed to rush or expected it to take a bit. They did take a bit but when I got to work, I opened my food and saw this and it's not what I ordered. Prices increase but they can never get your orders right or fresh smh look at the negative reviews of all the same complaint, I would be embarrassed working at a business that has bad reputation

Did a mobile order, and waited over 30 minutes for 2 happy meals and a 10 piece chicken nuggets. I left and was beyond mad to find they had forgot the nuggets. Drove back and spoke to Santiago, who had just arrived. He’s awesome and his customer service is amazing. Seriously, this guy deserves a raise. I went back fuming and left happy after he remade my food and ensured everything was there.

The Drive-thru didn't give me any ranch after asking 3 times, got my order wrong, and i ordered more inside and had to wait 20 minutes for my order, i was 120, with a quarter pounder meal. They served 123 and 127 first who ordered 3 adult meals and 3 happy meals after me and had to ask again to get mine.

They seem to never get my order right, be it that they forget something that I ordered or something else then what I ordered. Always a problem at this location. So then what? You can't call to inform them of their mistake because the number that is on the receipt apparently belongs to a cellular customer who hasn't set up their voicemail. Smh. .. what is this about? Can't turn around and go back to the drive thru simply because it was a wait is about 20 mins to order the food that they will guarantee to get wrong? What am I supposed to do? Simple answer I know, but I also wouldn't like to commute to get McDonald's either.

I've been working on my cars the house etc etc that with the wife of myself don't have time for cooking I cook too and I went to McDonald's yesterday in the city of Chino and today I was over here in the city of Perris and I also went to McDonald's just like I said I'm on the street this is something quick and this McDonald's was right on clean didn't really check on the sanitizers because I bought to take home & yeah you guys know McDonald's 👍 👍 the one I talked about yesterday that particular one like I said a guy from the street came in grabbed two soda cups from the trash can and went in and served himself a drink & there was an employee right next to It & i know she saw and she didn't say anything . Just saying is this going to hy in all the self serve soda machines 😭😭😭 hop not .

Have not been in this Macdonald's in a while.I decided to come in today to eat breakfast.I really like Macdonald's who does not right? I love coffee specially ice coffee/Caramel or Mocha😃This place is very clean and up-to-date with Covid-19 regulations as health, sanitary wise speaking.The employees are courteous .
