Juan Pollo

Today I bought the mini pack and the chicken was raw. When I went to ask for another they commented me that they put frozen chicken but they tried living to my face saying it was cooked even if it was pink . I'm so angry because my 2 year old ate a small piece of this and I know he can get sick from eating raw chicken. You need better staff! Will never buy there again.

I always get lunch for my office and the last time I went they forgot my beans. I was already back at work, 15 minutes away when I realized it and called them and they gave me such a hard time. They didn't believe me and I told them to look at their cameras if they wanted to and they told me to go back but I told them I'd go back the next day. The next day I ordered food and when I reminded them about the beans they didn't care and didn't honor the conversation we had about giving me the extra beans on my next visit. I even showed them the receipt. Very rude service. Definitely not worth my drive!

Don't know what the food is like yet, but $0.61 to use debit/credit machine is beyond exorbitant! "Ten states prohibit credit card surcharges and convenience fees: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Oklahoma and Texas. It is illegal for merchants to add any surcharges to credit card transactions or charge convenience fees to nontraditional payment methods in these states." TOO BAD THE CHICKEN WAS GOOD - BUT I CERTAINLY WON'T RETURN. Will stick with Popeyes.

I have been going to juan pollo perris location for years , excellent food and staff and fast service I move to menifee which is 13 miles away and still going for that great bird. I gave 3 star now because last 3 visits the chicken is dry , no juice , hard to eat I don't know if is a different owner these 3 times I was hoping maybe it was one time mistake ,but all 3 times were same dry bird . I will give it another chance I hope they noticed or read this I'm crossing my fingers that next time it's back to juicy chicken , I will keep you posted.

While the chicken and sides are delicious, the time you purchase the chicken is key. A few times that I went to Juan Pollo the chicken was a bit more dry; other times it's juicy and tender. To my understanding, they have a new batch of chicken every two hours. So, it's best to go to Juan Pollo when the chicken is fresh, not sitting there for a few hours.
