This is a great place. I kill 2birds with 1stone every time I come here. Very convenient
The drive thru is a little slow but it’s understandable with multiple people ordering from both restaurants Will definitely be back because they get the order right and the food is good👍👍

Stopped here while it was slow. They got the entire order wrong, and it was a mess! They don't seem to know how to spread out the ingredients at all. One side of the soft taco was meat, the other sour cream with only half of it in the shell. It was the same story for the other tacos and the burrito.

We love KFC at our house. my favorite is the cole slaw, food is still good, but the chicken is so much smaller these days 🤔 the location we go to is convenient and the people courteous.

Worst experience ever. My order value was over $70 and they missed a fries. When we asked the young girl employee that We are missing the fries she started to laugh! and refused to admit missing a fries. We talked to the manager and she was worser. When the employee kept laughing and saying all that for a fries we yield at her and told her that it is not appropriate. The manager asked is to leave because we (yell) or she will call the police. That’s how KFC now. Save your family and kids and go somewhere else. Popeyes or Cane’s they still respect themself and their business.

It has been awhile since I have been to KFC. The service was good. I went through the drive through and the menu sign was not working? It was dark, so that made ordering challenging. Luckily I had previewed the menu at home. I ordered and went home. The chicken tenders could have been bigger. They were pretty thin. The biscuit was a bit raw. The biscuit problem was easily fixed by tossing it into the toaster oven. Otherwise the food had a good flavor to it.

We waited in drive through forever! We were told they had no beef for tacos. So we ordered other items. Waited longer. Could see most of the staff standing around, joking around, doing nothing. We had to get them to correct our order 3 times for left out items.

The fries I ordered weren't even all the way full. But I paid full price. I tried calling the restaurant to speak to someone about it but I wasn't able to.

Great customer service, and fresh chicken. My experience here was 100% better than the KFC on Van Buren in Riverside.
