Little Caesars

This place has definitely gotten worse.. the pizza is not fresh if anything it looks and tastes like day old, stale pizza. It's cold, flat, hard, and oddly shaped. Just really bad. And it's NOT the 1st time this has happened to us. I've even tried calling ahead to place the order but I still get this.. Not sure what going on but they've lost my business.

Keep in mind I'm a local so I've been here more then 10 times in the year and usually the same if not always the same thing. Never have pizzas ready, the drive through doesn't ever really work so if you want fast and ready pizza go somewhere else you'd get it and be home alot sooner then waiting here even if it's 10min further

I understand that this place gets really busy (my empathy is the only reason for the 2 stars), but the point of ordering ahead is so that your food is prepared ahead of time and ready when you get there. That has not been the case for the past 6-7 times we have ordered. This last time though, when my husband asked how they didn't have our very simple cheese pizza ready his reply was...wait for it..."I don't know what to tell you." Not only is their ordering system trash, but their inability to acknowledge a severe lacking on THIER part is unacceptable. Sad thing is I love Little Caesars, however not enough to deal with this repeated inconvenience. Sorry, no more business from us! Oh, and this is a picture of what we ended up getting after all was said and done! Looked like something from Chernobyl that even the ninja turtles wouldn't touch with a 10 ft pole.

Although 8/10 times the pizza is not up to part figured Ill give it another try so I called to place an pick up order and was immediately told “we’re out of pepperoni and we’re not taking anymore orders due to line out the door” first of all how did he “know” I wanted pepperoni?Also why did you assume I minded the wait time? Just awful customer service.

I wait for 30 minutes for a pizza and cheese bread, when they give me the pizza , the pizza was cold and the cheese bread old like hours a go so I wait for another 10 minutes for re-make everything fresh, at the end I dont think it was worthy. I wait almost 1 hour . the pizza was with barely cheese on it and the ""cheese bread""" it was with barely cheese on it , very disappoint about this store same thing every time I go there so sad .

There isn't any quality control. They literally don't care if the pizza looks terrible, burnt or missing cheese. My 4th time coming here and the pizza always looks terrible. I know it's only a $5 dollar pizza but the standards here is all bad. No one will answer their phone, their drive thru is always closed and their mobile app is sometimes not available at this location. Honestly just order from a different little Caesars or get pizza elsewhere.
