I love casa Jimenez it's always a very lively atmosphere the food is great the waiters are very nice and attentive. I'm a big fan of rice and beans and they have the best Mexican style rice and beans. Quesadillas are great, delicious tacos

This Mexican restaurant is located right off the 215 fwy off Highway 74 in the Jack in the Box parking lot. Casa Jimenez has always provided great service regardless of how busy they are. Staff is friendly and always very attentive. The restaurant is clean with great ambiance, music box and plenty of TVs usually showing a game or boxing fights on weekends. Competitive prices and decent portions. I used their catering service in the past and was extremely happy with how they handled it from beginning to end making sure my catering was perfect. Definitely a good restaurant and service.

I My Husband and Four Boys Love this Place. They make you feel like your Welcomed always. All the Waitresses are Respectful n Friendly. The Waiters also. All of the Workers there Are Great People's. Casa Jimenez Serves Good delicious n Great Food.

Come here all the time and order pick up a lot. Great taco deal with beef tacos, beans, rice and 4 drinks- beers or margaritas. $39 and taste great. The Molcajete is great
