A great place to get together and have a few drinks and relax. It is a bar with good food. The nightlife usually has a band playing with a great atmosphere. On Sunday mornings there is church service in the outer bar area. Everyone knows and respects that. The owners always give back to the community 20 fold. They are awesome people willing to help anyway they can.
This place is a dive bar, I think the best way to describe it would be post-apocalyptic. I will say it is cool how they have so many stages with different artists playing live music. All the staff was polite. It just wasn't the vibe we were looking for.

Don't want to call it a dive bar but it's a huge dive bar lol. They will check your bags and wand you with a metal detector when you go in. KUDOS to the gift shop inside where veterans will get a 10% discount on gift shop merchandise. This has bars within the bar, and live music in those bars within the bar. It's for sure a party vibe although there were kids in there as well. Open access to the beach also. You can be inside listening to music or at one of the many outside bars. Don't expect fancy tables and bars to sit at....bring a marker so you can add your name, artwork, or words of wisdom to a wall, table, door, light fixture, or anywhere else there's an empty space for it. And if you choose to ditch your bra there's a place for that as well. Everybody needs to go once...specialty drinks are good and staff was awesome. Be ready to roam, more than one floor, and several changes in atmosphere depending on where you choose to get your drink. I recommend exploring the whole place. People of all ages from all walks of life, don't go if you're gonna judge. We went mid afternoon, I'm sure the night life there is not the same as the daytime vibe. Just go see for yourself!
An outstanding bar with quite a few serving locations inside on both the Alabama and the Florida side lol with several stages and live music.
They have an area on the beach as well with live performances.
The drinks are reasonably priced when the service is pretty good.
When you park you have to park on the opposite side of the road, because the parking next to the bar is for the condos.
Another place that I recommend if you haven't visited, take a sharpie write your name on the wall.

What a fun place! Went on a Friday night and listened to two bands. Drinks were reasonable and it was a great atmosphere. Definitely a place to check out while you are in town.
We stayed for bingo which is 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
I had shrimp tacos. They were excellent.
We went back and had chicken nachos, baked oysters!
The shrimp tacos and basket were the best!
Had great food at the Flora-Bama Yacht Club. I actually went to a wedding rehearsal party here. It was a great choice, the oysters were amazing.
I love this bar it has a great vibe to it. There were four live entertainment stages at the same time in different parts of the bar. It has a quaint feel to it.
The Florabama is an iconic bar and quick service establishment that you have to visit at least once! It’s the home of surprise Kenny Chesney appearances and more. The food is good and drinks are better. The atmosphere is second to none! We had shrimp tacos and Bushwacker cocktails and everything was great!
We had a good time! This place is YUGE!! Three or even four bars I think. Several places to eat and a loaded apparel store. The live music was killer and the bartenders were friendly. There are at least two places where bands play.
