Buffalo Wild Wings

Very disappointed with this order. I picked up food for the entire family with what I thought was a pretty simple order. My quesadilla was chicken and cheese only but someone forgot to add cheese. I regret leaving a tip. ***update— now after having response from owner I am to fill out this FAQ form which requests my personal HOME address. I tried to fill my other information out and put the address as this location hoping this would be a work around but not accepted. This response has done nothing but bother me more. With email and texting there is no reason to need anything via paper mail.

Dining in was fine-slow seating due to lack of employees but there was no issue with the food. HOWEVER, I’m never ordering food here again either over the phone or on the website. Over the last few months, I’ve ordered like 4-5 times. Every single time something is wrong. I’ve been given the wrong food, missing items, wrong sauces. Last night they messed my order again-ordered a large cauliflower with spicy garlic, received a small with no sauce. Luckily I caught it in the parking lot and had to go back in. Was given the wrong sauces so that had to be fixed (even the woman who took my order over the phone wrote it down wrong). Got home and the food was disgusting. My fries were old and lumped together and the veggie burger tasted utterly disgusting. I’m done with this place. I want my money back even. Don’t bother ordering here because either no one listens or doesn’t read the ticket correctly.

Me and my wife invited the son and his wife last night and EVERY BIT OF THE FOOD WAS COLD AND EVERY PIECE OF CHICKEN WAS SO OVER COOKED AND THE RESTROOMS WERE DISGUSTING! THE ONE WE WENT TO WAS THE ONE ON GRAND PRAIRIE IN PEORIA IL! The best part was the waitress ! The whole dining area is pretty grubby for being what it is and they had ABSOLUTELY NO DRAFT BEER! How does that happen in a sports bar and restaurant! If I could gave that place a negative 20 stars I would have!

It was all very good tasting and service was great. But wouldn't suggest getting the 20 for the price of 10 deal on wings here. Literally every single one of the 20 I had were less than half the size of the wings on the trays of the three others people that I was with, that had gotten 12 for price of 6. It was more than obvious it had to be intentional. Normally take some home but was still hungry, and Im 180 lb male.
