Quad Cities style pizza, but in Peoria! Fat Jacks is on par with Frank’s in Silvis, IL or Clint’s in Moline, IL. Absolutely authentic and delicious! The fine ground sausage and “chewy” crust are what makes this pizza Quad Cities style. It’s disappointing to see reviews with low stars because of the sausage or crust! Those reviewers have obviously never had Quad Cities style pizza before. It’s one of a kind! And Fat Jacks elevates it with the potato pizza. The owner of Fat Jacks and the rest of the staff are very friendly. If they don’t answer right away, leave a message and they will call you back (it’s worth waiting a few mins to place your order). This is my family’s go to pizza place. Quad Cities style pizza without the 1.5 hour drive! Support this small business!

My husband and I finally tried this place for the first time Thursday night. When I called to order no one picked up. I figured they were busy and was going to call back in a little bit. Before I had the chance the owner actually called me back!! We ordered a large special no onion add green olive and a baby potato pizza. They were both phenomenal! We loved every part of the pizza! They had a wide and unique range of menu items and we are excited to go back and try more things

I have probably eaten over 40 pizzas from Fat Jack's now, and have never been disappointed in the least. I love the flavor of the crust, and the toppings have always been perfect. I don't know much about quad cities pizza, but I know great pizza when I eat it... and this qualifies. Plus, Mark and his staff are phenomenal people who are always friendly and caring. I feel like I'm ordering from family! There are many great pizza places, but this one manages to be great and special all at the same time. Highly recommended.

Best Quad City style pizza in Peoria! We love this place! It is cut in rectangles and not triangles and the sausage is crumbly but that is the best part of QC style pizza. Along with the loads of cheese! I grew up on Harris And Frank's pizza in the QC and this is as good if not better! The owners always call my husband by name when he come is which is a nice touch! If you haven't tried this pizza you absolutely should!

We did not have a good experience here, but I am willing to try again. We ordered a large sausage pizza that cost over $20. Not that that is unheard of for a pizza, but for that price you expect the pizza to at least be decent. When we got home we dug into the pizza only to find the crust very soggy and greasy so that you could not even hold a piece without the sausage and sauce spilling out on to your lap. The sausage itself was ground up and coated the crust under the cheese so that all you could taste was the meat. Again, I would be willing to give it another chance because I realize this may have just been an off night. The staff was very friendly and made our pizza in a timely fashion. No complaints there.
