Cute little dinning area. I had no idea they were more than a meal-prep company. I had a delicious Greek salad with steak & balsamic vinaigrette dressing - SO good. Food came out fast. GREAT service. I’ll be back to try the avocado toast & crepes! 😋😉

Kamal is so nice! He gave out table complementary lavender lemonades and avocado brownies. The food is also soooo so fresh and homemade. Super healthy, not oily for those who don’t like oily restaurant food, and really creative and kind of different menu items! Even with the acai bowl you can tell they use fresh fruit not some sort of pre made mix. And the cauliflower rice and salmon is amazing! Excited to come here regularly!

amazing! I ordered delivery & plan to come see the place for myself soon. I’m not even finished eating & I feel compelled to give this place the credit it deserves. The chickpea curry is outstanding & full of texture & flavor, the lavender lemonade & kale smoothie are super refreshing, my boyfriend LOVED his chicken pesto omelette with sweet potatoes, & we’re currently having to switch back & forth the drinks we ordered because we like them both so much & can’t choose. I wish I had known about this place sooner:-)

I wasn't aware that they offered dine-in -- I thought they were only a meal plan service. The cashier was extremely helpful and polite when we asked questions about the food. Our meals were excellent! They also offer premade to-go food if you just need to stop and run. Definitely will be back!

I eat here so often it is long overdue for a review! EatandEvolve is fantastic - from the fresh and healthy food, friendly staff, and budget friendly take home meals - you can't go wrong. I have never had a meal I did not enjoy. The variety is also great as the menu rotates regularly. I highly recommend!

Gabriela and Erick have done an amazing job growing their business and bringing a much needed and appreciated healthy restaurant and home delivery service to Greater Peoria.
During our first visit to their bricks and mortar location, my wife and I tried the Baked Chicken Parmesan and Steak and Quinoa bowl. Both entrees were absolutely amazing and full of flavor. It was hard to believe that all of the ingredients were gluten free, and the seasonings were so spot on that no additional salt or pepper were needed.
After our meal, Gabriela so kindly offered us a sample of the freshly made gluten free bread along with a lemon poppyseed and banana nut muffin. Once again, gluten free and full of flavor (especially the lemon icing)!
With such a great experience and satisfied palette, we decided to order their home delivery package and as of the second day, the options and portions do not disappoint. The low carb options fit right in with keto percentages and I was not feeling hungry by the end of the day.
