Pizza Ranch

It's a pizza buffet, so I love this place. I love the pizza, I love the desserts, I love the food. But, the service could use work. I've come here a few times, and it's often dirty. The employees aren't usually in a rush to clean the floors, clear empty plates, or even seat people sometimes. It's a hit or miss, depending on the day.

Chicken is really good, pizza not bad. Be sure to place order for your favorite pie. We've been to 2 Ranches in WI and 3 in IL. All good except this one. Extremely dirty plates, you could feel a gritty dirt on them. We wiped them with napkins. Filthy floors, nasty restrooms, decorations and woodwork have a heavy dust. Carpet was gastly. All for 13.95. Drive to Morton store, you'll be glad you did.

This restaurant was really close to our hotel and decided to give it a try....pizza on Friday night? YES! As we enter we discover it's buffet but not only pizza and salad, it has fried chicken, French fries, and lots of yummy desserts! At $11.95/ person it's well worth it!! The topping on this yummy pizza cake is that it's a Christian company

Over all, the food is fresh here and pretty good with the exception of the chicken being so greasy..The staff was friendly .. the place is a madhouse tho, on a Saturday at least. I understand being a busy place, honestly I do, but the napkin holders sat with built up dust, food and grime which turned most of us off of our meal. The soda machine was leaking and created a large puddle on the hardwood floor before anyone put a caution sign up, after I said something about it. Customers walked back and fourth past it, I was so nervous someone was going to slip and fall. $16/buffet.

It was quick getting rang up for the food, the tables were clean, the bathroom was clean, and the food was really really great and a nice variety. But as we all know, the economy has driven up the price of food. I spent $49.73 on me and 4 grandchildren ages 12 and under. Yeah it's not something you can do every day of the week!

Where do I start. First time ever in a pizza ranch. Took family for my son's birthday. Honestly never seen a more dirty restaurant. I was actually shocked. Carpet was stinking and even the napkin holder on table was covered in dust. Drink area was also stinking and the cups we were given for the drinks where dirty to. I had one bit of chicken and kids had one slice of pizza. My wife and mother in-law choose not eat. We decided to cut or losses and leave. Only positive thing I can say is the food area was clean and the chicken and pizza that we did have were decent enough. Hate leaving a review like this but it was so dirty I have no other option.
