Arby's

This is one of only two Arby's that I am aware of here in Phoenix. Even though Arby's has better than average food and awesome deserts for a fast food chain, I tend to find the prices kind of high and seldom eat here. When I do it's always a treat and but unfortunately just not a frequent option within my budget. And to be totally honest, when thinking of somewhere to eat Arby's always slips my mind and I rarely even think to go there.

The food was delicious, but $12.09? I wanted the fish and fries, but no drink, so the two items were rung up separately. I just about died when I saw french fries for $3.59, especially when you can go elsewhere and get them on the dollar menu. Nothing extravagant about the meal, and as you can see from the amount of food, $12 is a ridiculous amount to pay for those two items. Won't do it again.

Only thing that was disappointing was the fact that I originally was going to get the 5 for $5 classic roast beef. Have to order it online after downloading their app. Of course when I went to check out they were having "technical difficulties" so I couldn't place my order. The friend I work with that told me about it said he had similar issues when he tried to place an order for the same thing and it told him that it was temporarily unavailable. **Update** I filled out the form like the reply from Arby's asked so they could "make this right", but nothing has been done so it was more wasted time. Not another word from them.

Came in this past Sunday. Mat served us. The entire crew was in a fun and playful mood. It was nice to see them enjoying themselves at work. They were quick and efficient as well. They took great care of our needs. Manager played with my child while I ordered, and she replaced my sandwich when I didn't like it. (Not the cooks fault, the brisket meat just wasn't amazing.) Felt like I was being served by a 5 star restaurant staff. Amazing. Raises all around! Staffs like this are make it or break it for a fast food restaurant.

Arby's is my go-to fast-food destination for delicious roast beef sandwiches. The tender and flavorful meat, paired with their signature sauces, creates a mouthwatering combination. The friendly service and convenient drive-thru make it a quick and satisfying meal option. Arby's never fails to satisfy my cravings for a tasty and satisfying sandwich.

This order was a LIMITED King Hawaiian sweet heat chicken sandwich with a large crinkle cut fries and a regular Strawberry Market Fresh Lemonade. I enjoyed the sweet heat flavor of the sandwich and I love the the fries and ooohhhweeee that drink was delicious. My order was delivered to me with care and a friendly smile.
