No one is friendly or greets you, when placing the order it was a little awkward because the cashier didn’t say anything, just continued to look at us lol. However the food was made quickly and the sandwiches were good. The restaurant is clean and everyone is working. Just a real quiet bunch.
I order a lot using the app and it’s very easy to use. These guys are great often pretty busy, but always take the time to make me feel appreciated. Thank you for the great service.
Food was very good and online ordering was nice. Only hiccup was I asked for the order to be handed to me directly from the delivery driver and he left at the resort front desk. I called for updates and since there is no communication directly with driver I had to wait until he returned to the store to find out where my order was. Suggest real time delivery updates via the app with an option to message driver directly.
I’ve never, ever been to a Jimmy Johns before and thought it was “freaky fast”… until this one! Usually it’s quick, don’t get me wrong, but we actually went in, ordered our food, and, I kid you not, the moment I removed my credit card from the reader, they handed me my sandwiches. I actually asked if those were ours cause I was so shocked. Very impressive! I’ve never seen anyone make sandwiches that fast and more importantly, completely correct! Will definitely be here again.
Visiting from Mississippi and went to one of my favorite sub places back home... Jimmy John's! My sister and I (who I haven't seen in over a year) treated ourselves to lunch out! Service was great... Greeted with a smile and our food exceeded our expectations! My only regret .. should have gotten a giant instead of.a regular size sub. The dining area was clean and spacious (music a tad bit loud for us but was still able to hold conversation). The bathroom was clean and humorous too ...I like the 'uranus' facts located in front of the toilet.🤭 That made me chuckle to read and take care of business at same time 😂. Thank you for another great experience JJs!!!!! I'd definitely come back again! Two thumbs up👍👍

I love jimmy johns so much because they offer great deals and good prices. I work at the gym across the street and it makes it difficult to get food when I go on break, everyone conveniently knows me for ordering jimmy johns on Thursdays specifically. The app makes it easy to order and gives you updates on when your food is coming. I’ve had a few times where my delivery person has forgotten an item they always make sure to come back with it. Please don’t forget to tip your delivery drivers because these guys work hard, and make mistakes sometimes.
If you need a recommendation on what to order I recommend the salt and vinegar chips, sweet tea, and the Italian nightclub. Sooo yummy! Will continue to support jimmy johns for doing such a great job!
Food was not prepared correctly, but it was good. Just had left stuff out that I remember marking, for example, cucumbers, onions, etc..,
First of all, I have never had a sandwich with the most scrumptious, soft, and delicious bread. Jimmy John's has found a great recipe! It is just soft enough and has a good bite feel. It's chewy and pulls the perfect amount! I can't say enough about it. I got the giant Hunter's club. The roast beef was so good and juicy. It was easy to eat and there was just the right amount of meat. The sandwich was so big my adult daughter and I together couldn't eat it all. There is enough for both of us to eat tomorrow too. I also ordered the Jimmy chips. They are really nothing special. Just your regular, run of the mill kettle chips but it's nice to have with that terrific sandwich. I didn't try the cookies...maybe next time!
