Loved Chef Erika! Great communication and responsiveness, A+++++. Her crew, Amelia, Tracy, Marla, and Jessica were on time, professional, and very pleasant. The food was served outdoors on what seemed to be the hottest day of the year, but they kept the beverages flowing and two big thumbs up👍👍 for the food--YUM. 🙂 Thank you for making our guests feel happy and full!

The entire team at Porto Bello Maket displayed a remarkable level of professionalism, ensuring that every aspect of the event ran smoothly. They were prompt, organized, and went above and beyond to accommodate our specific requests. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the highly professional bartender, who brought an unmatched level of expertise and finesse to the event. Our collegiate beach volleyball team won their conference championship on a Saturday and in turn, had to fly to Pensacola the following Wednesday for the National Championships in Gulf Shores. I had to secure meals for 27 people in a matter of days! I did a quick google search and found Portabello Market. I emailed Erika and she promptly messaged me back and confirmed that she could accommodate our order! Communication was awesome! I received numerous texts from our team saying that their lunches were “so good”, “awesome”, “delicious”. This is not the norm as we have some very picky eaters! We appreciate Erika going above and beyond for our team!

Chef Erika, the catering team, and bar staff did such an awesome job at my wedding. The food and drinks were great and many of our guests agreed with us. I highly recommend the taco bar!! Our guests loved having a nonstandard wedding meal. Plus it tasted amazing. I also wanted to note that Erika was very flexible and patient. She answered any questions I had promptly and even worked with us when a delay by the post office caused an issue with our final payment. Chef Erika catered my wedding. Let me tell you she was fantastic! All of my guests loved their dinner. We had a wide variety of eaters. Vegetarians and several people from other countries. If you can please all of them. She is definitely doing something right! Chef Erika was very easy to communicate with and even let me add additional guests less than a week before the wedding. We were in Pensacola for a two month business project. We needed catering for 50 people, all meals, seven-days a week. We used multiple caterers. Erika of Portabello Market was by far our best. She was responsive, reliable, flexible, consistent and attentive to details. Our team had multiple dietary restrictions that Erika accommodated perfectly where other caterers missed the mark.
