Music way too loud. This was the most delicious DD coffee I have had since South Florida where Dunkin rules! Service best ever!!! No grouchies here. Server was cheerful and didn't mind this Dunkin lover telling her they have the best apple cinnamon donuts ever- so fresh! Gimme more! I love DD coffee!!! Thanks ladies. Been driving all night McDonalds said they can't open they were running late when I got back to the street I saw Dunkin! Far superior coffee in my opinion. Thank you so much!!!

This is by far my favorite Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to especially compared to others in Pensacola. I have never had a bad cup of coffee from here, and the workers are always so friendly which is hard at 6:00 am. Coming here in the morning before work brightens my day!

Moved to FL 18 years ago. Could never get used to the overpriced bitter coffee from the competition. Was glad when Dunkies moved to the south. There is no better way to say "I Love You", "You are special", and " I am thinking of you". When you say "Hey, I'm going to Dunkie D's, you want anything?" It covers it all.

Fast and Friendly service. I needed chocolate covered donuts 🍩 with sprinkles in a pinch, and they did a great job of making my experience fast and easy. Drive thru.

I have not been to Dunkin in awhile. I only got a coffee. I was disappointed that I could not get cream on the side. The coffee ended up being too light. Both our coffees were. I get they are trying to cut costs, but somethings you shouldn't change. To be honest because I can't make my coffee the way I like it I probably will not be back. Shame... because I love Dunkin Donuts coffee.

Cody and Makala were very professional & nicest ever. They were so helpful bc I normally get a frozen coffee ☕ but today I just needed a Hot coffee with French Vanilla 😅 plus 2 Donuts🍩 for the grandbabies. We were visiting the area from Jacksonville and the hotel's coffee is not ready until 6am.

The service was excellent. Food was great. The doughnuts, well of course they were good they were doughnuts. I can't say enough about the people who work here. Great positive, happy, polite, make you feel at home people. Can't wait to visit again. Make sure to see this lady before you leave. She will put a smile on your face and make your day.
