I was present 2 times when they first reopened after the corporate retrograde. And I thoroughly enjoy Wendy, and her dad whom we all miss. However as a man thinking clearly. Wendy at the helm has enriched food, service, atmosphere and the appeal of a excellent choice for top quality, the products are excellent quality and are thoroughly consistent throughout the franchises everywhere. So my visit 6 days ago was excellent and timely and correct. Thank you Wendy's on Fairfield for seamless interaction.

I brought my family in for lunch to have the nicest person wait on us. Ms. Gill was very patient with my grandkids allowing them time to decide on what they wanted without being rushed and also giving them some great suggestions. Ms. Gill is amazing with her customer service even during a rush she treated every customer as if they were the only customer. It was nice to feel that my family and I weren't an inconvenience or in the way. We will most definitely be back.

Service was good. The lady that took our order was very nice. We received everything we ordered. My only complaint is that the bread on the chicken sandwiches was not crispy. It was soggy as if it was cooked and reheated. Everything else was great
Hate answering atmosphere for drive thru. Wendy's is best at regular dining hours. The burger was very good. The fries were hot (during dining hours). The staff was friendly & smiling. They liked Peanut.
Got my food fast and hot. No complaints. 9 outta 10 will recommend. Especially that pineapple mango tea!! Sooo good
The service by the sweet cashier was absolutely phenomenal and the vibe I got from each employee was that of a happy and positive disposition and they look to be a wonderful team. Wendy's food seems like it's just not what it used to be though and that's no fault of the employees because it was all fresh. It's like the buns aren't quite the same soft n steamed sorta n I find gristle in my burgers every time now n the nuggets r almost like they've got a different breading on them. Maybe they changed vendors?
I read these reviews, not hopeful for a very fast or nice experience. My experience was less than 10 minutes in the drive thru, and the gentleman in the drive thru was extremely polite and apologized ahead of time for our wait. He even went over our order at the window. I didn't get his name, but thank you!!
