My sandwich was prepared exactly as I ordered it and it was freaky fast, as advertised. We took my grandmother here for her first visit to Jimmy John's. She loved all the signs and funny sayings and said it reminded her of a soda fountain she used to visit in the 1950s.
Jimmy John's is "freakishly fast" because there aren't 53 topping options. Last time that I went to the underground train place, I was behind a couple that was completely stymied by the choice of lettuce or spinach.
JJ's isn't like that. I can specify no lettuce and no onion and have my sandwich in hand in two minutes, tops. I appreciate that. I also like the bread, which is narrow enough to make it safe to drive and nosh at the same time.
The staff is always friendly and competent, and the stores are always clean. If a JJ's was convenient to me, I'd have at least a couple a week.
If your craving a sub go here! There are various sub sandwhich options in this area off Navy Blvd, but its hard to beat these subs. The bread always has a fresh taste and the meats are well in the premium tier. You can even buy a loaf of bread for a cheap price if you want. I recommend the app to earn free rewards also.
There was a slight mishap on my delivery that I ordered for my lunch break. I called to let them know it was missing the main ingredient (in which I took pictures for proof and even offered to send the sandwich back), the polite and helpful gentleman in the line said “no problem at all ma’am we’ll take care of it for you now”. In which they absolutely did; the sandwich was re-delivered correctly and they even added a cookie. Thank you so much for resolving the matter with such friendly and fast service, it’s very much appreciated! I’ll definitely be ordering from you all again.
First allow me to start off by mentioning how much I love Jimmy John's Subs. The bread is absolutely fresh and delicious. Their meats are always top quality. I have never received a yellowing piece of lettuce on my sandwich here. I ate here three times in a row one week and I absolutely appreciated the staff's respect and consideration when it came to creating a delicious sandwich for me. I love how clean the restaurant is and I also appreciate walking into a clean bathroom every time. Y'all, if a restaurant can't keeps it's bathroom clean, then imagine the kitchen preparation area. Today, the Jimmy John's on N. Navy Blvd in Pensacola, Florida is absolutely delicious, clean, and has very courteous management!
Ordered delivery from here twice... both times took under 15 minutes for my food to get to me once I placed my order. The delivery drivers were both very sweet and understanding; my dog was trying to pry open the door to say hello- he's a sweetheart though. The food has been perfect both times as well! Love it.
Never tried coming here thinking it was a sausage place. Ha. Boy was I wrong. They had my sandwich ready before I had the change back in my wallet! Tastes pretty good too! These guys (and girls) are great! Very friendly. Found a new weekly spot! They should have a tip jar. If they had different (free) pickles and Cool Ranch chips, I'd be here every day..
When I visited a couple of days ago, I was greeted by everyone behind the counter. I ordered my favorite, the #17: Ultimate Porker! The cashier handed me my cup for the fountain drink after I paid and by the time I finished filling my cup my order was ready! They really do make these sandwiches "freaky fast" and I was not disappointed! Best place to get food if you're in a rush!
Stopped by after passing many times. Pleasant experience the sandwich was decent and basically as remembered. The chips were amazing. I’d definitely stop by again great sandwich shop!!
