Best choice for craft beer in Pensacola, hands down! My wife and I went looking for somewhere openly LGBTQ friendly and found this amazing spot. The beers were very good, I was super excited to see a Lukr faucet while so far away from home! The vibe is lowkey, easy going, and warm. We felt welcome from the minute we walked in. It’s a neighborhood hangout for sure but don’t be fooled by that—this place should be a destination spot for craft beer lovers visiting Pensacola. Thanks for the good time tonight, we played bingo and enjoyed the atmosphere & drinks so much. Hopefully this isn’t our first and last time at Alga. (Didn’t catch the names of the bartenders tonight but both of them were fantastic. Hospitality is A+!)

It was a nice brewery with a pleasant, unassuming, calm environment. Love that it is kid and pet friendly. Their beer selection was quite varied and everything we tried was definitely quality (even if it wasn't preference). I recommend this place to anyone in the area to try if you're wanting a good beer!

Wish I lived closer so I could visit more frequently. Owners and staff are always welcoming and engaging, as well as knowledgeable about the beer selections. The beers change regularly so there’s always something new to try. I’ve brought my kids and my dog at different times and if I don’t have time to hang out I’ll grab some crowlers to go. The guys are passionate about their work and it shows!
