This place is great. This gem is hidden in a residential neighborhood along the bay. It looks like a dive, but the sandwiches are amazing. Service was great and the staff is friendly. Make sure you visit if you are in Perdido Key, I will definitely be back.
Super casual mostly outdoor dining / bar area.. we're talking shorts, tshirts, flip flops kind of place. Right next to Intercoastal Waterway boat launch. Food is pretty good- served with paper plates & plastic utensils. Live entertainment is usually karaoke or a couple of local folks on the guitar...there won't be any Grammy's given out here, but it will do just fine! Our service has always been up to par and the prices are fair, too. Family friendly, but it's also a great place to get your cocktails flowing.
On The Top of My Burger List. My tastes in burgers have changed a bit, and used to only like larger burgers charred on a grill with mid-rare centers. Lately I've been craving larger griddle cooked burgers, and had forgotten how good Hub's is. The patty shape is irregular, and definitely homemade—unlike what an experienced out-of-town reviewer suggested this week—and packed with flavor. The onion's are chopped, and everything on the sandwich fit well together. I definitely have a new burger for my top go-tos.
Excellent chicken salad wrap and Bushwacker. Lots of locals, so you know it's good!

Great Sandwiches. I really like the sandwiches but skip the burger, not good at all, and the wings leave a lot to desire

Nice place. We really like this place. It's a small kind of dingy bar/restaurant with old pics on the walls and lots of McGuire's-like dollar bills everywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is good. It's very filling; one sandwich is easily enough for two people. Did I mention the staff is nice? It's not really a kid place but we take our 4 yr. old and he loves it. The only dislike is the proximity of cigarette smoke. The outside seating is very close to the inside and wraps around the restaurant so you really can't get away from it. We try to go when we think it might not be too busy.

I highly recommend the Galvez (which goes by another name at Hub Stacey's downtown location, by the way)--it's a very flavorful turkey sandwich on buttery toast. The burgers are HUGE and REALLY good, too (and I'm picky about my burgers)! If you are taking the family plan to be in and out by 8pm or so. . . when the party crowd shows up you'll be glad you did. A fun spot to catch some live music (sit on the deck overlooking the intercoastal waterway).
Good food. Great burger which are huge. Don't be turned away by the appearance of the place, the food is good here.
Fun time. Always fun and informal, staff likes their jobs, outside seating during nice weather. locals know the food is good. chicken salad best in town, lite fare, cold beer...hard to find, just ask a local on the west side of town.
So I think we found our breakfast place place. We ordered the sausage egg omelette with biscuits and sausage gravy! The prices were very reasonable. Enjoy 11/27/23
When we ate lunch, it’s so much better than breakfast. A great selection of different sandwiches. You can choose between 1/2 or full size. Very generous portions. I went back and forth between different options and ended up ordering the Galvez. It was delicious.
It was a nice experience, the service was friendly and prompt, plenty of tables inside and outside, very casual atmosphere.
I ate here for breakfast and, though the food was freshly cooked and generous side, I didn’t think it had much flavor to my liking. I had grits and veggie omelet.
Next time I want to try their lunch sandwiches I heard good things about their lunch food.
Went here with the family tonight — had a really solid experience, especially the food. Hub Stacey’s is a super casual, burger/bar/sandwich shop sort of place. Most of the tables are outside. Super chill atmosphere.
The food is quite good. The burgers are great — and massive! Come hungry! The fried okra is also good! Our table had a variety of the different burgers, all were good!
Highly recommend if looking for a good burger and a chill place to eat with your people.
This was a cool place to try while staying in Perdido Key. The food was good, and the drinks were strong. We sat in the bar area. Jason was our bartender/waiter he was amazing. The live music sounded great. We definitely return.
This was my first time visiting the Hub near Perdido. It has a great beach bar vibe with indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is relatively simple featuring soup, salad, burgers, and sandwiches. I tried their cheeseburger and fries. It was a half pound monster and quite tasty. I’d definitely go back.
Well... best little spot for good food and some karaoke fun!! Was not expecting to have a show too when we decided to eat here! Good times for all!!
Definitely has a tropical and island feel. I imagine this is what parrot heads are all about. Very charming indeed. Friendly but not fast it was worth a little wait. Food was incredibly good! Exceptional for what I was expecting. Got the Captain Andrew wrap that was sooooo delicious!! Hung out through a tremendous rainstorm and enjoyed it all.
Funky place. Super friendly staff and great food. Excellent drink selection in a place with indoor and outdoor seating as well as indoor and outdoor bar. Definitely worth a stop and it's budget friendly compared to many other places in the region.
Great place for burgers, wings and sandwiches. Onion rings are delicious. Indoor dining as well as outdoor dining with live music. Full bar. Dog friendly outdoors!
Off the beaten path place frequented by locals, adjacent to a boat ramp. Limited seating indoors but many outdoor covered dining seats. Walls are covered in dollar bills, don't know how that tradition started. Staff were all friendly, service was prompt, food was prepared quickly and served hot. The food we had was outstanding! The quality of ingredients and taste were first rate. The portions are large. We can highly recommend The River Road(rueben), the Interarity, and the cheeseburger. Worth your time to stop here!
