Hot Spot Barbecue - Pensacola - Photo album

The ribs are really good. They’re tender, smoky, and pull easily away from the bone. I bought the half slab for $25. I did not get sides, but they offer many tasty choices. They even included their signature sauce in a cute little bear bottle in the side. If I had one critique, the sauce was not as
Hidden gem in Pensacola!! Great BBQ offering all the meats. Three industrial smokers outside that are always workin’! The atmosphere reminds me of a Texas BBQ joint. Free cookies for first timers! The pies are also delicious. Get on the wait list now if you want fresh pies for holiday dinners. Highl
Omg! Don’t let the outside fool you! Super cute inside, service (Allie) was amazing and hands down the best BBQ in Pensacola! They gave free samples to try the sides and of Paul’s Lemon Cream pie, which I would never ordinarily order but it was incredible! Like a decadent cheesecake! Will be coming
Excellent food, great service. I would highly recommend a visit if you like BBQ and are anywhere near by. I raised cattle and BBQ'd most of my life. For this reason I rarely eat at BBQ restaurant unless someone recommends it. Too many times you get let down, not here. Hot Spot loves up to the hype.
Stopped in for lunch, the parking lot was full so I thought there would be a wait, but the building is much bigger on the inside then it looks. BF had the 3 meat combo with ribs that were falling off the bone and seasoned very well, moist smoked chicken breast, shredded pork, back beans, and potato
This place has some of the best food in Pensacola. Along with great food, there is the entertainment and personalities of the staff. Funny, knowledgeable, sincere and empowered to take care of the customer. My first time eating here based on a recommendation and now I am making one to others. Try it
Food wasn't the best BBQ I've had....but we always like to try some local spots when traveling. The mac n cheese was delicious and the pies.....YUM! Our server was excellent. The owner came around to check in on us....great PR move.
We had their chicken, pork, brisket, and ribs. The ribs were my favorite and the pork was the favorite for my wife. We tried Mac and cheese, potato salad, beans, and stew for their sides. All were good but the potato salad was my top choice. Awesome workers were very friendly and checked in a good a
HOLY COW!! Seriously the best service I have ever received anywhere in my entire life. My husband and I are visiting Pensacola for our anniversary and we stopped in at this bbq restaurant. I'm pretty picky about my bbq but I had a hunch that it would be good when we pulled up and I saw the pink porc
We really enjoyed our dinner here. Had the pulled pork, sausage and ribs combo plate. I loved it all, but I was especially pleased with the sausage. I'm not a huge sausage fan generally, but I really loved theirs. The ribs were also delicious. Tender and flavorful. Our server was very attentiv
Really enjoyed this little "hot spot!" We've been wanting to check this place out. So glad we did. It's a Saturday night in July. Pensacola is poppin. We're attending a local concert (White Tie Ensemble). Staff kept up well with the orders. Busy night. We sat at the bar. Food is casually served on
My first time here. I ordered a brisket sandwich which came with one side. I chose macaroni and cheese with ham. The woman at the counter was friendly and the food was ready in no time at all. The sandwich was delicious and so was the macaroni, they put the sauce on the side which was very tasty as
Chicken and the shredded pork were both moist and smokey, and combined with their personal bbq sauce out was all very tasty. Their honey mustard bbq salad dressing is really good as well, and their staff is quick and friendly. Seems like a great place to take a group of friends to get food, chill, a
Great spot for barbecue! The interior is warmly lit and surprisingly roomy. The service was great - friendly, and the wait for food was not long at all. The brisket was nice, and the sides were great. Don't forget a slice of pie, and you get a free cookie if it's your first visit!
Visiting from out of state, drove past and immediately knew we were coming here for dinner. We surprised them with take out for 10 people, which they had no problem accommodating on a Wednesday night. Miss ma'am at the front cash was a dream, snacks and samples and good guidance to amounts that woul
Wow. There's something special about the food here. From the potato salad to the pork sandwich to my brownie pie, everything was immaculate. Atmosphere feels like your grandma's house on a holiday (in a good way). Extremely affordable as well. Avery, our server, was extremely attentive and kind. We
What had drawn my wife and I to eat at Hot Spot BBQ was the wonderful reviews we had read and they were So Right!! Once we arrived around 3pm today the Owner welcomed us and she said Please be seated. Brandon waited on us Immediately and Helped us order our BBQ Feast. Less than 10 minutes we were e
This has some of the best BBQ on Escambia County. It is hard to go wrong with any choice. The beef brisket is pricey but worth it. Get the charred pieces too. The baked beans have a delicious flavor and the Mac & Cheese is a delight. The pork and ribs will make you happy too. Very tasty desserts
