Ordered with no cheese as I have an allergy and was given this. What a waste of money since you know the cost of everything is going up so I paid more for this meal I couldn’t even eat. Get it together.. if people are ordering something a certain way they probably have an ALLERGY. $15 an hour for what?

Was just there with my daughter to eat, and it took everything in my power to not stand up for those employees being consistently yelled at within a 30 minute period by their manager. I too have worked in the food industry for years, but a manager yelling loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear is really unprofessional and not effective. Perhaps find a better a manager/ or leadership role to take on more difficult tasks.

Slow service mostly due to the manager spending more time talking to someone as opposed to helping the one person on register. The latter was friendly and helpful but clearly overwhelmed, a situation easily resolved by proper management.

Usually good, but they really messed up my daughter's happy meal. We asked for apple apple slices, ranch dressing, and an under 3 toy and got none of them.

The burgers are always hot and tasty, the fries are always hot and crispy. Their coke and diet coke are both great. Friendly workers. Quick lines.

I really try not to leave bad reviews I’d like to leave good ones but this needs to be addressed. I order curbside thinking it would be faster then waiting in a line that was out to the road. No I ordered and sat waiting for my food for 20 minutes while I watched cars that were at the end of line go and people walking in and out with their food. I would have went in for it but had a baby sleeping in the backseat. Maybe work on prioritizing orders as they come in. I have never waited that long for fast food before.

Employees were nice & service was quick in the drive thru. They remembered sauce and napkins. Nuggies for kids were hot and fresh. 5 stars.

everything is perfect- except I have an existential crisis everytime because of the sixteen years no meat but I am 50-70 pounds unserweight so my justification almost overtakes my ethics, not enough to avoid soul-crush humanity questions. i eat. i cry inside. repeat.
