Dunkin'

I've placed orders via the mobile app for this location and every time it either gets messed up or I get there and my order hasn't been started on yet. This morning I placed my order 20 minutes before I showed up and it was not even close to being started on. Not to mention a couple of employees were socializing with customers instead of doing their job. It's not worth being late to work over this. The only things I like about this location are the convenience and curbside appeal.

I'm not sure what's going on but the sign on the door clearly stated that you needed to wear a mask. As soon as we walked in, we noticed that there was only one person in the back counter and she most definitely was NOT wearing a mask. She told us to wait for her other co-worker to get out of the bathroom (TMI) before we were able to place an order. After people in the back counter started coming in, noticed they were arguing and cursing at each other. No mask and nooooo respect. Not family friendly at all. More like a Jerry Springer show. 😅

Went through the drive-thru to grab a coffee for my mother. I was shocked to see that all employees behind the counter were wearing their face masks as chinstraps, not covering their mouths or noses as they prepared food, drinks, and spoke to customers over the counter. This makes me doubt their other sanitary procedures, as wearing a cloth mask is the easiest part of stopping the spread of COVID. I understand they are hot and uncomfortable, but you should do all you can to keep the people around you safe-especially if you are preparing their food.
