Zaya has great customer service and a positive attitude after taking my order which it was a complicated order. she was very patience with me; also it was the best service I ever had in Pembroke after being disappointed with food quality the last few visits.

They were very busy but still got food in a timely manner.. we had missed a biscuit in our bag and I didn't have the receipt but the lady at the window remembered us and had a fresh one made quickly.

Very clean for a Fast-food restaurant.
But the Lady that took my order saw I was using a cane and helped me carry my order to the car. I forgot to get her name, but the name on my receipt is, Miss Ramylee.
See I didn't ask for help She volunteered.
That should let us know we still have a few Great people.

Food was good, hot & fresh! Store was clean. Employees were nice and helpful. I did have to wait a few more minutes, but I don't mind waiting for fresh food 😊 My grandson really liked eating in there.

🤔 Most Bojangles aren't this low. These should be posted on the ordering screen right? Anyway, tried the steak biscuit and it was better than most I have tried. Was a little dry but it is seasoned well and putting a little mustard or mayo makes it better!

The Bojangles in Pembroke across from the University was delicious and clean. The speedy service was noted.
I ordered a meatless meal of red beans and rice with a side of potatoes and an iced tea with lemon. The iced tea was great and the lemons were fresh.
The waitress at the window forgot my cutlery but was willing to give me some on my second time around. The waitress that took my money was sweet to my dog and didn't mind when I added a sausage biscuit for him on to my order.
Four stars because they forgot my cutlery and the manager looked like she was not happy with it the girl who forgot the cutlery.
