When it was time to get my food, the lady had my food in a bag to go when in fact I ordered to dine-in. When she brought me a tray it was wet all over it with my food placed on it. I asked her is this how she treats a customer by placing their food on a wet tray. She claims she didn't see it. Nasty and unprofessional. On top of that one of the employees have her kid in the dining room and his on a tablet playing loud music. Get a babysitter.

although often understaffed, the employees are friendly and the manager (Kandy) is does a phenomenal job at making sure customers are welcomed and the food comes in a very timely manner.

Great food but service needs improvement. Waited in the drive thru for over 35 minutes when there was only 5 people ahead of us. Unacceptable 👎 but because the food was good I'll still give a 4*

By far the best Taco Bell I had ever eaten today. Food was hot , cooked beautifully, they even cut the Mexican pizza into 4 small triangles.. (#9 that I ordered) that made my experience 10x better! Haha it’s the small things.. but let’s not forget to mention the fresh ingredients used.. ANNND the line was wrapped & still got my food quickly.. 5+++++ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ GRACIAS Taco Bell !!

The staff here were truly amazing and accommodating. It is only open for drive thru but when my group and I walked 1.3 miles (yeah it was desparate times) to this taco bell, they let us come and order inside. It was super clean and a lovely midcentury modern vibe and I would recommend.
