Panera Bread

Don't order delivery. It will come via Doordash which is an awful company. They don't disclose it's Doordash who delivers or I would not have even tried. Order comes about 20 min AFTER saying it was already delivered. Before it was dropped off I get a call from the driver asking what she should do with it?? Um ok. Leaves order bag wide open to the elements. Order is wrong with a piece missing from one of the bagels I didn't order. Everything that was supposed to be cold is not hot and gross. I'm now too scared to eat any of it! Oh and there's no recourse like with most Doordash deliveries. Wrong order, doesn't come, restaurant is closed? Doesn't matter. All I could do is send an email which they still haven't responded to. I was willing to bring everything back but I guess I'll throw everything out and lose the money...again. Thanks for nothing.

Shocked and Disappointed. My boyfriend went to pickup our order and he received nothing but rude attitudes and no customer service period. The two grown women working this afternoon, you should be ashamed of yourselves for acting as such in public. If you can't handle a lunch rush without rolling your eyes and being condescending when asked a simple question, you do not belong in Food Service.

Specifically ordered a Baja bowl without chicken because I don’t eat meat. I am a vegetarian. I also observe this as one of my precepts because I’m a Buddhist so I don’t eat meat. We repeated the order a number of times. It was repeated back to us. Then when I get home and eat later that night I find chicken all throughout my Baja bowl. What a waste of time and money. Good thing I looked before I ate or I would be very sick.

Got the Mediterranean bowl. Couple of bites in, literally a spider crawling from the bottom of the bowl. ALIVE SPIDER! When informed the manager, he laughed and asked if I didn’t want extra protein in the bowl? Are you kidding me? Looking at the reviews from this place, lots of people found stuff in their food. I don’t know how the dept of health didn’t shut this place down.
