Impressively clean. Drive through backed up. People coming in were out just as quick. Seemed like full menu options. Awesome place when quiet.
Such a pleasure. The landscaping was beautiful, the long drive through line moved fast, the young adults were polite, professional, and accurate, and my order was perfect. THIS is how McDonald’s SHOULD BE.
I do not eat in fast food restaurants, I do however stop and get my 85 year old Mom sugar free vanilla iced coffee s . I can tell you about McDonald's in Pembroke, NC these folks are always just the sweetest and ready 💖 to help no matter what I ask. Thanks for all your help, also for being kind to my mom, sometimes it is just what we need to strive to do.
I love it soon as I walked in they greeted me the place was so clean they are so nice and mr davi the manger he is a amazing & awesome manger and worker he always smiling never has a attitude he is a fast worker the staff is amazing and fast I drive a hour to eat here for breakfast lunch and dinner my kids love it they are so nice and they love mr davi I don’t eat at no other McDonalds but here I recommend this McDonalds to everybody the food is amazing I will rate y’all 10 or out 10 & 5 stars and MR DAVI GET A 10 STAR from me thank y’all for y’all’s amazing food and customer service and clean place to eat and the back is always clean and in order ( A LOYAL CUSTOMER & DOOR DASHER)
Food was hot & fresh! The bagel is back! Everything was really tasty! We went through the drive thru around 7:30-8am.
I called Pembroke McDonalds to place a breakfast order for my students. The entire process was seamless. Not only was my order correct - they included enough condiments for my middle school kids to use on their biscuits. I have tried other fast-food restaurants and my orders always had something missing. Thank you for delighting my students with their breakfast!!!
I enjoy going to McDonald's for coffee. They can never get my iced coffee right, so I just order the Americano. My daughter-in-law's favorite coffee is the picture that I posted.
We showed up with a bus of 40 high school students and the staff didn't miss a beat! Great job getting all the orders out quickly!
Amazing service here. Drive thru is sometimes about as fast as chick fil a. Honestly, this is the best McDonald’s in terms of flavor and service.
I went to the Pembroke location w/my daughter. The drive thru was very fast, convenient and my order was on point. Window cashier was kind and very respectful and my order was delicious.
