It's exactly how it's described buffet salad bar with fresh salad and soups. Yes they have gluten free chocolate, muffins and some pizza. You can choose where you sit. The place is great for groups. Definitely will be going back!

This place is fantastic! I finally found a health conscientious salad bar in the Miami area. You have access to salads, soups, and if you choose, pizza and pasta, all for one low price. The salad bar is super clean and was delicious. I highly recommend it.
