I order my lunch today for me and my grandson. And it was delivered. My grandson and my chicken tenders was hard. My coleslaw was so soupy I couldn't eat it. The biscuit was hard and the green beans taste like they just open the can and put it in my container. I asked for sauce, never got or anything to eat with. Poor serves! I won't be going back to them again. And make it so bad I liked Jack's

Great energy from the staff
Food was good. Omfg best fast food mashed potatoes by far. The milkshake had an odd texture/consistency/taste I can't quite describe it almost as if they had scooped ice into the mixture and blended it

All the staff is great, except the older lady at the front cash register. She has been rude to me multiple times. Won’t be back just so I don’t have to have another encounter with her.

It's VERY rare for me to give Jack's a bad review. But EVERY time there's some sort of "promotion", managers refuse to issue large cups for ice water. I would call corporate, corporate would call the store, and the issue would be resolved.
As big a fan I am of Jack's, it's aggravated me enough to start getting breakfast at McDonald's... for now.

The customer service is always so great. The works are always so friendly. The food is always hot and fresh!

It’s not what it use to be!! (1) the kitchen is not clean and the bathrooms are not clean. (2) Racism against white people is severe. Also, the Jacks just down the road in Harpersville is known to ignore white and not even offer service!!! (3) the breakfast biscuits are some of the worst quality biscuits in Pell City! Chick-fil-A biscuits and Bojangles Biscuits (3 min. Down the street). Are 100% better quality!! (4) The fried chicken has changed and is now heat and serve fried chicken! God bless you if it has been in the warmer more than 3 min. ! If you are still in the parking lot , I would keep going. Once you turn on to Main Street in front of jacks,,, Right or left you will get better food! Right to Bojangles and left to Chick-fil-A ! You will be glad to kept going!!!

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't very good. I stood in line inside to get my to go order about 18 to 20 minutes. When I think one of your Co managers check me out she didn't have the right price on it. I told her about it and showed her a ticket that was the right price that I had received two or three days before and she still didn't change the price. That's kind of like stealing from a customer.

No napkins cold food no salt on fries wouldn’t recommend. Also attempted to call but they answered the phone then hung up before saying anything.
