I ate at Cracker Barrel in Pell City yesterday evening the food was great as always. I like the consistency of quality at all their restaurants. That's not the reason for this post. I received the most amazing and genuine service from my server Nina! Not only was she amazing at my table but with all her customers. I eat out often and typically experience good service, occasionally poor service but never service like yesterday! I ordered off the "kids of all ages" menu so my ticket was obviously low in price however I was treated like I ordered filet Mignon for 12. This gal did not "work" for her tip; she served me with genuine care that I enjoyed my supper. She was sweet, available to check on me and her other patrons but not pushy and in my space. When I ordered milk she suggested a chilled mug so it would stay cold during my meal. I'll stop now but I just can't express how impressed I was with Nina! I hope you all have an opportunity to experience the best server I have ever had. And hope Cracker Barrel appreciates and values what an amazing gal they have on their team!
We love to eat here,food great, waitress/ waiter are friendly, we eat their at least 4 times a week.
We are taking our main meal miday, and Angie, our server was wonderful. She brought me fresh coffee and was very attentive. Nice folks in the gift shop too! Excellent as always Cracker Barrel. Thank you.

On august 12th, I was greeted with
a surprise bday dinner there and was waited on by very gracious and attentive waitresses and hostesses. The food was great and filling and I was blessed not just with my family there but the staff came out with my bday cake lit and singing to me! It was an amazing experience and a night I won't forget! Thank you all at Cracker Barrel !😁😘
I love Cracker Barrel ! Never been disappointed with a meal yet, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. My favorite breakfast is "Uncle Herschel's Favorite" with country ham and hash brown casserole. Some of my favorite entrees for lunch and dinner are pot roast, and their chicken and dumplings - out of this world ! Green beans, carrots, and the cornbread - YUM ! I'm making myself hungry.

You don’t need a review because they are all the same. EXCEPT. While evacuating from Florida we stopped for lunch at Cracker Barrel because it's consistent, great food, good service. What sets the Pell City Cracker Barrel apart from all the others is Holland, our waitress. She was a ray of sunshine in a unsure and dark time, as we sat down to eat our home was going through the storm and we didn’t know whether we still had a home to return to. She made my kids smile, made us feel like everything was going to be ok. When our meal was done She told us if we wanted a home cooked meal to give her a ring. This was our first experience in Alabama, and it showed us what the heart of Alabama is really about. I hold back tears when i think of what pure kindness Holland showed us. I hope her management reads this review and gives her the recognition she deserves. If you could have a Holland at every one of your locations you would have no competitors
Muy bueno. It was open during a hell of a storm and the service was still top notch. Way to go Cracker Barrel. My Granny would be proud of y'all.
Love eating at CB. I'm there at least 3 times a week. Menu offers lots of variety.

The food was delicious and the service was great. I was greeted by a friendly staff eager to answer any of my questions. Following the meal, I went to pay for my ticket, only to have the most kind lady take my ticket and tell me not to worry about it. This is by far the most pleasant experience I've had at restaurant in recent memory.

The meatloaf was fabulous, mashed potatoes, carrots, fried okra, and cornbread. I was with friends and we had a good time.
To the karen that needed to cause a scene, stay home next time and cook your own food, nobody else can seem to please you.
06/22 update: I don't know exactly what has happened. Inflation shrank the portions, staff turnover, whatever.
The mashed potatoes have been underdone and LUMPY the last three times I ordered it, I didn't even get the bread I ordered with my last to-go order, and the lemonade was a smidge sour. Getting a bit disillusioned.
Let's just say mimosas at cracker barrel is my new favorite thing. You can never go wrong with breakfast all day much less alcohol! Can't beat it! P.S. get the blueberry pancakes and try the holiday mimosa! So worth it!
Love that Cracker Barrel is serving alcohol now and switching up their menu to offer new items! When we got there was super slow... it was before the dinner rush but our server was very, very nice, very attentive and conscientious. Would definitely go back.
It was my first time visiting the Pell City location and i must say i truly enjoyed myself. The person who served us her name is Shauna and she was AWESOME. Our food was on point i had a chicken pot pie, simply delicious made at time of order. Shout out to the chefs and staff in Pell City...
A neighbor and I went tonight. Anna was our waitress and was super sweet, nice, had a great personality, and remembered everything. We didn't have to ask for anything extra because she was on the ball. It's the first time I had been there in several months and was well pleased. Oh, and the food was awesome too.
