Burger King

Not sure what the employees were smoking, but long story short. Paid for a whopper meal and 8 pc mozzarella sticks. Got some young girl now saying that we owe 43$. We said we already paid and have been waiting for our order. She then said no we ordered "4 whoppers and some double cheeseburgers..." then got mad and rolled her eyes when I cut her off and told her no that is not our order. Repeated what we had ordered and paid for. Finally got whopper meal... not the sticks... waiting again... finally got them. Leave the drive through and look in the bag. The cheese sticks were old and burnt from sitting under the heat lamp so long. Also, I get it is Alabama and probably a bunch of kids working, but they should be able to count to 8. We only got 6pc. Which we couldn't even eat due to how old and burnt. And only 1/2 filled tiny box of fries.

Ordered 2 for $5 -2 fish sandwiches. The only good thing I could say is the fish was hot but both fish were dripping grease, the buns were soggy. I asked the lady at the window, who already had an attitude who was a manager, if I could have extra tarter on side and she hands me 2 ranch cups!! RANCH CUPS!! So I tell here and then she looks at me like I’m crazy and says oh we don’t have little cups of tarter sauce.. so needless to say I didn’t get any extra tarter sauce 🤦🏽‍♀️

I went to get something to eat there before 10:00 at night. No one said anything on the intercom so I pulled forward in the Drive-Thru I looked their hours up and said the hours were clearly posted that the drive through doesn't close till 12:00. I usually don't feel like Burger King I don't know how they've lasted this long but this person could have made a better effort in telling me why they're closed I don't recommend this establishment!!!

Came inside on my lunch break looking for a quick meal. There was only one person in line and the cashier left a bunch of things out of his order so it took a while. I ordered my food, drink and even told him I needed 1 side of bbq sauce upfront. My order was up in a minute even though there was only one cook making food. I asked for the bbq sauce that I ordered and the cashier told me there was a charge. The point of me asking while ordering was to pay for it which he obviously didn’t charge me for. Then he argued about what drink I ordered. I stayed pretty calm and asked him not to disrespect me. He had started talking loud and clapping as he tried to argue with me. A co-worker who may have been a manager told him to hush and make me a new drink in a new cup since my sprite was clearly brown. The worst experience I have had at this location. The other workers were pleasant and worked with a sense of urgency. I should have known there would be issues by the way he treated the guy ahead of me. Crazy experience for an $8 meal. He never gave me a receipt so I don’t even know his name to report.

I have to write a review for this place. We just stopped for food as we were passing through AL and I must say the customer service here was the best I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant! My boyfriend forgot his phone here, and the employees were kind and honest enough to hold onto it until we came to pick it up. Bonus: they got our order right. AND as we were sitting down and eating, one of the female employees was going around to customer tables asking if we needed anything. Incredible! Good job BK! 👍🏼
