Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This location has always had less than stellar service. They constantly leave things off of orders. It has been quite a while (well over a year) since I have last rolled the dice but it is Mother’s Day and I didn’t want to cook and it sounded pretty good. Today we got 2 over filled drinks that spilled all over the car, the gentleman at the drive thru was too involved with his conversation with his coworker to give us the 80 something cents change we should have gotten. Rather than a family size container of Mac n cheese they gave us 3 small sizes ( I will assume supply issues), and they didn’t give us any biscuits with our family meal. So yeah I love some Popeyes but there is no telling if you will actually get your order at this location.

Ordered 3 shrimp tackle boxes. Was asked to pull up and wait. Waited 25 minutes went back through drive through and cashier acted as if she didn't know us and wanted to know what we ordered laughing the whole time. Still received the wrong order, asked for manager and a refund. We did receive a refund but was a very unprofessional atmosphere. They were all playing laughing and cutting up. Don't know what has happened to customer service or why business doesn't require more from there employees. Love Popeye's, but not this one. Service isn't what it used to be.

Came by there today to buy just a large mash potato. After I pulled off and ate about 4 spoons of it, it was awful. Very lumpy and obviously scorched terribly bad. Looking at the health department score on the wall, which is an 88, I should've walked back out. The crew were very friendly but the food prep is not fit for human consumption. The Manager was getting out her car as I left. I called the 620-0100 number several times before I made this complaint, but of course nobody answered. The phone is there to potentially avoid these complaints. Answer it!! I may give them a second chance, but today deserved a ZERO!!!

I was here for the first time yesterday. The line was rather long (considering only the drive-thru is open), but the wait was worth it!! I chose a classic chicken and spicy chicken sandwich. They were very delicious (aside from the pickle ends) of a sandwich!! The staff was very nice and included napkins and no other issues with my order. I would definitely return.

Went through the drive through in Pelham, AL and ordered a 3-Piece All White with mashed potatoes. Paid for my order and drove home to eat. I received a thigh and two drumsticks and a biscuit, that’s all. The store will not answer the phone to make it right. This store is horrible and should be avoided.
