2/11/22 No service at all. I sat there with the button pushed for them to take my order I know more than 7 or 9 minutes. They supposedly open at 8. I left at 8:50 without my order being taken. I have pictures of the parking lot. Empty except for employee cars. No excuse for a minimum of 2 workers and no acknowledgement. Woman with a headset on looked out the window saw me and kept walking. One came outside on her personal phone talking. Still no acknowledgement. Will definitely be driving out of my way to avoid this location!

Sonic never disappoints. When I roll into a restaurant and park in one of the numbered bays I anticipate having to wait. I'm sitting comfortably in my climate controlled vehicle. I don't have to worry about anyone behind me rushing to get their food via a traditional drive-thru. I've never had a bad experience here.

Ruined our whole evening we never even got our dinner after 45 minutes at stall 21# at 9:15 pm they gave our order to someone else, we never got our food or refund, seeking legal recourse now more for principal. I work fastfood an after a busy 11 hour shift, I hadn't eaten but needed to take my medicine with food, now I'm sick an can't eat anyway, not even an apology

This place was an absolute disaster. Spend $65 on food was lucky if we got half our order. This was after going back 2 times.

The good thing about Sonic, you can get anything at anytime. French Toast sticks at 8pm...no problem. Love them.

Waited 15 minutes, no one ever answered me. Called and they said they are short staffed and trying to get to everyone. Probably shouldn’t remain open without adequate staff. Left and went elsewhere!

My fries was cold and old. Ask for extra onions glad I did at least they put a few on my hot dog wasn't extra. No straw for my soda realized all this after I left the restaurant so check your food before leaving.

Dalton needs to do better. He placed food poorly at the end of the bag, causing our food to spill onto the floor.
