The staff caught a mistake that was made with my order. They were very attentive to the matter and refunded my money back to my card. They had a great attitude and made a sincere apology. I thank them for catching the error. Also, the food was made to perfection. My meal was fresh and hot. I enjoyed the meal thoroughly. Thanks Chic FIL A. Keep up the great work ethic😊

I love having this option to go to during lunch whenever I’m in the area. There is usually a very long line due to the popularity of Chick-fil-A, but it’s definitely worth the wait. When you compare this to McDonald’s, Wendy’s, and other fast-food restaurants in the area, there isn’t a comparison. All the employees are super friendly and helpful, along with the entire restaurant and bathrooms are very well-maintained. I can’t recommend this particular Chick-fil-A more!

As always; quick, pleasant, correct and delicious. After a very long day (starting at 4:00 a.m.) it was nice to get exactly what I ordered prepared exactly the same way as previous orders and delivered by pleasant, responsive staff.

Always a great place clean friendly and dining room open. I drive past Alabaster Chick-fil-A to this store. Alabaster has something inside there restaurant they must not want the public to see.

There was an older black lady in the lobby. She was extremely rude. She was talking back to the management. She also was very loud with her opinion of her coworkers. The food was incredible. The speed was Chick-Fil-A quality. However this individual was very poorly behaved & very unprofessional.

stopped today to redeem my rewards free 8ct nuggets they scanned it at the drive thru it did not take so she said it would be ok just pull around waited in line got to window they said sorry it did not go threw i would have to pay for it Iwill not be going back to that Chick fil a

We stopped here after 4 hours of driving so my 3 year old could play while we ate and get some energy out before getting back in the car. The play place was closed, which you couldn’t tell until you got inside. So instead of getting energy out, he cried the whole time because he could see the play place but not play. If you’re going to close the play place, warn parents before they get inside.

Everything they say about Chick-Fil-A is true! Their customer service is AMAZING! I received the wrong order and Audrey fixed it with no problem! Switch out the nuggets without hesitation! I eat here about 4 times a week!
