Denny's

Place is dirty... floor, tables, fountain drink station. Extremely slow on waiting tables and getting to see if you need anything else (ex. Refills) Took 25 minutes to get my order after I sat down at the bar. Under staff by far!!!! Everyone walking in does not know If you wait to be seated or sit down at a table. Just looking around, I can see everyone impatient. Someone next to me requested a manager because no one has stop by to takes his drink or food order. He just walked out !!!! This place needs new management to turn this whole place around 360. Unsatisfied customer.

Worst restaurant in town. Our waitress was good, but the hostess/cashier was horrible. Never acknowledged us, but was eating while cashing people out and extremely lazy. We were here for an hour and a half, apparently the kitchen can only handle one ticket at a time and then they still mess it up. Took them over an hour to clear dirty tables. Including us, almost every person that came in waited 10-15 minutes to get seated. The manager and a few others should be fired. Never going back there. I would not let my dog eat there. The health department should shut this place down.

Garbage, absolutely Garbage....one Brand new Girl waiting tables...2 Servers.....Everything I have done in Pecos has had poor customer service, empty shelves, and they didn't clean my table before I sat, no sodas, tea is labeled sweet but taste like dirty water, she suggested I go.next door and bring my own drink over.....

I came over to find out what all the hype was, rating wise. My wife and I enjoyed our meals and appreciated our waitresses attentiveness and hospitality. The manager had to be notified about the excellent service and overall satisfaction. After letting him know about Pepper (our waitress), he assured us that under new management, service will be held to a higher standard. Would I come here again? You bet.

The worst place ever!!! We waited for 15 minutes just to have our drink order taken with only four other tables occupied. The waitress was so rude, almost like she was mad that you walked in! I wanted a cup of soup which they didn't have any but that was fine until she said "Yea, the cook didn't feel like making any today".... really!?!?!!! So we ordered appetizers but didn't get them until our food came out almost an hour later and the waitress never brought any drink refills! Never going back there!

We stopped in about 11pm traveling from idaho to see Family in Texas..my Husband and I were exhausted from traveling and we stopped in to get a bite to eat and was not impressed at all..We walked in and it took a few minutes to even get noticed that we were waiting to be seated until a guy from the back came out..we then were seated and was given our coffee and no spoons to stir the creamer and sugar, then I had to say something after sitting there for awhile because the female waitress that was supposed to be waiting on us was busy taking someone's order that had walked in after us, so the guy that seated us took our order and the food took forever to come me out and we had to say something for a refill on our coffee..we will not stop by going back home for sure! Service sucks there, so if you're in hurry don't stop there to eat

I'm only giving 1 star because 0 isn't an option... I have never wrote a bad review ever, but after our experience I feel the need to. We went to pecos Denny's at 11:30 on a Saturday. When we walked in the first thing I noticed is the floors. They were filthy. They probably hadn't been swept in days. There were only two other tables that were occupied. The hostess saw us and never greeted us. After 5 or 10 minutes of us standing there she finally said a waitress would seat us. The other tables were all also dirty. After being seated it took our waitress 15 minutes to come take our drink and food order... 20 minutes later we got our drinks. My cup hadn't been washed. There was lettuce in the bottom of it. 40 minutes after getting our drinks and our waitress hadn't been back to check on us at all. There was no staff inside the diner the whole time we were there. We walked out. I have already filed a complaint and will be contact with the health department.

Got my drink order after about 20 min. wait then took about an hour to put my food order in. Then when my food showed up it wasn't complete they didn't mention that one of the main ingredients to my meal they were out of. I wouldn't recommend this Denny's to anyone. The food I did get was good, just service ducked, one thick younger Hispanic girl actually avoided customers unless they were someone she wanted to interact with.
