Kfc

Went through the drive through a 30 (about 7pm on 1-7-22) minutes ago. Ordered a 4 piece crispy, extra side of green beans. $14 and change. I get to my room and I’ve got 2 pieces and no beans. Been trying to call and no one will answer the phone. Wth I’ve called 4 times and let it ring until it disconnected.No answer.

HORRIBLE experience. They were supposed to be open at 10:30 but didn't open until 11am. Had customers outside waiting to come in and they were inside just looking at us. They didn't give us any word on what was going on or anything. Just straight up ignored us. Then when they finally opened the door the manager was rude and had an attitude. Upon opening the bathroom was dirty and the tables were dirty. Still had food on the tables from prior day. Doesn't even deserve one star. Whoever this franchise belongs to needs to come give this store some serious attention because the people that are working there are running it straight to the ground.

This location doesn't even deserve one star. Dine in, what a laugh. We're never able to walk inside the building. When I pulled around the building there was an employee sitting on the counter, out of uniform, doing nothing. The drive thru is very time consuming. It seems that they only serve one customer at a time. While waiting in the drive thru, employees are entering/exiting constantly. They grab the edge of the door and swing it to fast where it slams and they do pull it to. Just leave it unsecured. I approached to make an order at 19:20 for chicken tenders. I was informed that they were frozen and would take some time to cook. Maybe the employee sitting on his butt could have placed some tenders out to thaw. I return home so that I could adjust my families order. I go back to place the new order and have to wait forever again. Wait for the ONE car at the window to pull away before I can place my order. I return home to eat with my family. We bite into the chicken and grease pours out. The green beans were blan, no seasoning. There was something wrong with the potatoes...even mixing them with the gravy. I put the chicken down for our cats... LMBO!!! they would not even eat it. Our cats NEVER turn down chicken. The only good thing from the meal was the biscuit which I made a mini ham sandwich out of. $25 meal, NOT WORTH IT.

On google it says open till midnight but at the locstion its only open till "11:00" but i was there at 10:30 on 5/21/22 and it was closed with three cars in the lot and all the lights on this is my third attempt and likely final to get kfc they are never open and have screwed up my order the ONE time i was actually able to order service is slow lot is dirty and the staff is just lazy i do not recommend this kfc and would recomend to managment (apperently further up than store manager) that you fire everyone and get an out of town staff.....if it were possible to leave less of a review i would do so.
