It’s an iHop. The food is decent diner food and our server was pleasant and friendly. We were here for breakfast on Saturday morning so of course it was very busy and very loud. It did get a little quiet between rushes but overall it’s an iHop with a good selection.

I came in last night yes food was good , service was ok he only came to our table one which was ok ,cause they looked short staffed, the new night manager Ashley took care of us the whole time as well as every single table there ,made sure everyone was ok.even when some customers where very rude to her she Kept it professional ..she is so amazing and so sweet made us feel so welcoming unlike the male manager who is always very rude the past times we have visited… I would definitely Recommend this IHOP just ask for Ashly!!

It was wonderful to visit with an old friend while enjoying breakfast. The staff is both caring and efficient. Both of us enjoyed breakfast combos that were exactly how we wanted them prepared. We were able to stay and talk after our breakfast, and our waitress continued to keep the coffee coming. Thank you!

The server was so sweet. The food always takes a while to come out, but it was still hot. The booth had crumbs all in the seat.

First time visiting this Ihop and must say we had such a pleasant experience. We were greeted with a warm smile by the hostess. Our server Maria provided exceptional service. She was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Our food came out hot and fresh.

I came here on July 4 around noon. Although there were plenty of customers there were also plenty of servers! Everyone was pleasant, food was great (I got a Senior meal) and the place was very clean. A great experience! Thank you, Pearland IHOP!!
