Jax Burgers Fries & Shakes

This was me and my wife's first time here and I had the shroom burger and parmesan garlic fries and my wife had a bacon cheeseburger and regular fries and both of our burgers were delicious. The fries were good too. The picture below is my burger and fries. We will be back.

Decent burgers, but what I really love about Jax, their sides! Or rather, the portion size. They give you a lot of tater tots/onion rings. Their shakes are absolutely 5 star worthy as well as the chicken tenders. For real, best fast food tenders I've had. Period.

A friend told me about this place and it is everything she said it would be. The burger was juicy and absolutely delicious. Couldn't eat the whole thing. Fries were good, and the shake took me back to the good old days when shakes were authentically scooped ice cream and milk!! Hadn't tasted one this good in years!! Overall, this is possibly THE BEST burger spot in Pearland!!

What's not to love? My wife and I each had a burger that we enjoyed. I had the double meat classic, she had the Spicy Hickory Burger. . My burger was well cooked with fresh toppings. The bun was soft but sturdy enough to support the burger. It was delicious. . My wife remarked that the hickory sauce was spicy, and I scoffed that she was wimpy. However, it really was spicy... a real nice zing. . I loved their French fries. They were the fat fries that I particularly enjoy. Some of them had that crunchy exterior and pillowy interior that are the hallmark of perfect fries. . Service was fast, food was great. Again, what's not to love?

So I did a search in my area and this placed popped up. So I decided to give this a try, initially I didn't think it was open?? The sign was not lite up "Open" and not much activity either....so I parked and went into the place. 2 customer's were there with another family waiting in line to order. I looked over the menu on the wall and decided to go with the classic cheeseburger 🍔 with bacon 🥓 and avocado 🥑 added. Plus cajun fries and a strawberry 🍓 shake 😋 Placed my order and then sat down, waiting for delivery of my goodies. Really small shake came to my table, but tasty 😋 The Cheeseburger 🍔 was Huge and Juicy Delicious 😛😜with fresh toppings too. Large load of cajun fries with some spicy ketchup to mix into this plate!! 😉🗨💫💥 Somewhat lackadaisical way of serving you here, customer's having issues with soda dispensers spraying just water 💧. I recommend to one lady that she should let them know about it and she did. The young girl 👧 just yelled back "yayyy we know ,we ran out"?*??* No, I'm sorry or can I offer you something else or anything 🤔 Then the lady told me, Jeez at least they should put a sign that it's out of order or service?? As she then walked to the other dispenser and had the same results?? Hmmmm* not very customer service friendly or oriented in my book*🙃 Other than this hiccup with malfunctioning or out of syrup scenario. The overall experience was not too shabby, although it seems like the staff is like alittle just bare minimum efforts & not really enthusiastic about their duties ~ I mean I'm NOT expecting "Ritz-Carlton" VIP service but just regular common courtesy and genuine engagement 😉 😀 😊 😄 😜 🫠😉 They have a side drive-thru for easy ordering options & small outdoor seating too. Radio station playing overhead but none of the TV's were on?*?*
