Great food. The buffet didn't have many selections but all food was delicious. The restaurant is very clean and refreshing. The wait staff was very nice. Great customer service.
The best authentic Indian food in South Atlanta! My family has been coming here for the past few years and we love it here. Family owned business, the owners and staff are considerate and professional. Restaurant is always clean and presentable and the recent remodel is fabulous.
We visit Star of India every week! This has been our favorite restaurant for years! Each meal is very authentic and the service is wonderful. We feel like family and we love the environment. It is very consistent and you always know what you are going to get. Our favorites are Chicken Vindaloo - spicy, Chicken Mango - mild, samosas and assortment of naan. This is truly a hidden gem!
I love this Indian restaurant. The staff is courteous and friendly. The food is amazing. I have dined at both locations, you will not be disappointed. They have a menu and buffet table. I was there during lunch and had the buffet. If you are not sure of what to eat, try the buffet. Their Chicken Biryani and Chicken Tandoor is amazing. The naan is fluffy and crispy. Everything is seasoned well.
My very first experience eating Indian cuisine! Loved the Naan bread and butter chicken @
Attentive staff during dinner. The lamb curry was yummy and the two chutneys they have green and red mix well with their naan bread and curries. I’m gonna have to come back and try some more of their dishes since this is the only Indian restaurant in/near peachtree city! Definitely worth a try
I really love this place. I don't have any pictures at the moment however, I have had some fun interactions with
the workers. First of all, their Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala are always great safe options if you just want to dip your toes in Indian spiced dishes. My all-time favorite is the Spinach Palak Paneer. It doesn't look
appetizing (like blended spinach with cheese cubes, yogurt and such) but I love it. If I have a stomach ache, I can stomach this Palak without issue. Dining in is very nice, it looks very clean. Service isn't very impressive, but I'm not a very needy customer. I order delivery a few times and it's always very hot and their portions are
consistent.
I ordered pickup one time and asked for a discount for their catering. I offered to catch them chickens. Although they didn't accept, the staff member on the line was still polite and seemed to enjoy the joke. So aside from delicious food, they have a sense of humor haha!
We moved to PTC recently and we were excited to find an Indian restaurant so close to home and this place didn’t disappoint. We have ordered takeouts and dined in once. Overall satisfied with the quality and service.
